We had the most incredible experience at Hotel Arts Barcelona. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt truly special. The team went above and beyond to make this birthday weekend unforgettable, with thoughtful amenities and so much personal care. A huge thank you to Marco at reception and Guillermo for the warm and welcoming check-in at the lounge. Nora, thank you for the bubbles and balloons , such a lovely surprise! And Marvin, thank you for the smooth and friendly check-out. A very special thanks to Martha from Sales for organizing this unforgettable weekend. Every detail was perfect. We can’t wait to return!

My wife and I travel a lot and have come to Barcelona a lot. We have stayed at most of the Marriott hotels in BCN and had not stayed in this hotel before What is wrong with us? We absolutely loved this hotel.. . .the service the location the comp upgrades both times we stayed during our week in Spain. We without a doubt will not hesitate to stay at this hotel moving forward. We have a new fav hotel in Barcelona! Thanks for the staff making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable.Special recognition to concierge Fabrizia and Mery and Louisa and Leticia. Mery in particular was so kind and helpful with recommendations in town and in Ibizia! Wonderful staff!

We celebrated our anniversary at Hotel Arts Barcelona, and it was truly unforgettable. From start to finish, the team made us feel incredibly special. A very big thank you to Marta, Sales Manager, who went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay so memorable. During our farewell, Marc, Manager on Duty, kindly came by to wish us well — such a kind gesture that brought together the hotel’s wonderful hospitality. The room, views, and atmosphere was exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate and can’t wait to return! Hotel Arts Barcelona you were amazing.

Our stay at Hotel Arts Barcelona was absolutely exceptional! The property is stunning—beautifully designed and surrounded by incredible artwork at every turn. The staff were friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. Our room was beautiful and large, offering breathtaking views; the attention to detail throughout the hotel was remarkable. The location is also perfect—just minutes from the cruise port and only a short drive to the airport. A truly world-class experience from start to finish!

I visited the Hotel Arts as part of the first leg of my daughter’s 30th birthday celebration in Europe. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. The décor was elegant, and the service — even before we stepped through the door — was impeccable. I’d called ahead about an early check-in and was told they could hold our bags until a room was ready. To our surprise and delight, our room was available as soon as we arrived! The room did not disappoint. It was spacious (even with the two double beds) and featured a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea — absolutely breathtaking. All the amenities you’d expect from a Ritz-Carlton were there to greet us: pool, spa, fitness center, and as a bonus, an on-site two-star Michelin restaurant. Definitely splurge on the breakfast package. The spread includes a beautiful continental setup — think smoked salmon, caviar, and customizable fresh guacamole — plus a made-to-order menu. They also serve lattes, smoothies, and more. There’s truly something for everyone, even the pickiest eater. The location couldn’t be better: right across from the beach and a lively strip filled with restaurants, a casino, and gift shops. In the evenings, some of those restaurants transform into bars and clubs, making it easy to enjoy the city’s vibrant nightlife without going far. One of the sweetest surprises came when we returned to our room after an outing — the staff had decorated it with balloons, a bottle of local red wine, chocolates, and a handwritten card to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Such a thoughtful touch! Overall, I’d rate our stay a solid 9.8 out of 10. The service, location, food, room, and overall vibe were all top-tier. The only minor issues were a broken tile in the shower and a small discrepancy between the final bill and the pending charge on my credit card — likely just a hold that will resolve in a few days. A wonderful stay and a perfect start to our celebration!
