Iconic design, incredible culinary experiences and the sparkling Mediterranean are what draw visitors to Barcelona, Spain. These elements are also what attract luxury travelers to Hotel Arts Barcelona. A part of The Ritz-Carlton Hotels group, this 5-star hotel is a striking tower of blue glass and steel with beautifully designed rooms, a two Michelin-star restaurant and spaces, including a rooftop spa and two outdoor pools, that overlook the sea.

The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the bathrooms are terrific. The staff is great. Sadly, then you fall back into 1992 when the Olympics were here. The internet is often 56k if it works at all. They only have a couple of English TV channels, and they pixulate if they work at all. Forget watching football on Sundays. Fortunately, I have Verizon internet so I could keep up at work. If you are coming to Barcelona and need the internet for work or to watch your favorite shows, do not stay here! Lastly, their elevators are not working properly. There are pluses and minuses. For the money, I think you can do better.

Best of the best. Private club level—caring staff and features are world class—seamless transport arrangements. Excellent on all points.

We had a fantastic time at the “new” Arts. We were really blown away by seeing your new rooms. Such a lovely style with bright colours and super nice interior. The bathtub with a view of the Sagrada made the bathing experience second to none. We also experienced that the food quality for both breakfast, lunch and dinner was at Michelin level🏆 Last but not least have also always experienced the service from your team to be of a very high standard and incredibly, we experienced an even higher level of service, presence and smiles in all departments this time. So professional🏆 So thank you for the most wonderful stay.

The worst experience ever. Extremely rude and very unprofessional front desk staff for check-in. Waited for more than 30 min waiting for only 2 amateur staff to finish prior guest and other guests who cut the line and accepted by staff. Then room was not ready even though ir was about 6 pm and I am an elite gold bonvoy member.

Ok - so interesting review …. Me and my partner generally loved the hotel BUT when website says renovation starts on 1 Oct , then we expected no disruption in September!!! Only 3 out of 6 elevators were working , the checkin desk had a queue on arrival ( yes in the best hotel in BCN) and the gym ( my partner is a massive gym bunny and one of the reasons why we selected it ) was two treadmills and some weights in two adjoining hotel bedrooms !! Yes !! Arts Hotel - if you are renovating and facilities will not be available then TELL US in advance . Ok whilst we stick to negative - Conceige desk ! So snobby ! I felt like I was talking to a school mistress ! Madam ! I am a guest. ! I am paying money to stay ….. please don’t keep saying “ I understand “ - it’s meaningless when you clearly do not ! Ok. rant over ……. Ow the positives - amazing location. !! Our room was spotless and super clean and the bed was also very comfy - will slept really well. Also bedroom AC is fantastic ( we like super cold ) and the hotel also brought a fan to the room - that you . AND … there are amazing staff … Ian and Marco on front desk ! Wonderful Ritz Varlton guys and soon to be GM’s I’m sure . Marco actually gave us free drinks from the evening before after hearing or our feed back - thank you . Pools are great and …. BREAKFAST STAFF are amazing !! Special thanks to Laura , Vanessa and Sam - just made us feel amazing every day !! Vanessa in particular went out of her way
