Reviews for Hotel Arts Barcelona

One of the best rooms and views I've ever seen!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 hours ago

It is our second time in The Arts, Barcelona. The most important thing is that if you are 4 with 2 children, it doesn't matter how old they are - you need to get 2 rooms. But the rooms are very big and in every room there is a big sofa. But unfortunately, it is hotel politics. So finally we booked 2 rooms for our family and the view of the renewed corner room was amazing. We saw every part of Barcelona from our window :)❤️ The breakfast was good, and additionally, you can order whatever you want from the menu, but it is also included in ur breakfast. Every afternoon in the lobby, there are waiters that can offer you some cheese, hammon, bread, or olives if you want, and also champagne and juice. There are 2 police cars in the door of the hotel and casino, so it is very safe there,I think. The hotel has its pool so you can swim and relax there, also after 6, although service is finishing at 6. We enjoyed our 4 days in The Arts. Hope will be back again. ❤️❣️💘

Exceptional hotel by the beach

Exceptional hotel from the friendly service to the stunning rooms. We found it very hard to fault. Whilst some of the facilities are under renovation this has not impacted the hotel at all. The rooms really were perfect in every way from the stunning design to the views across the city. Will be back!

A Truly Exceptional Stay – Our New Home in Barcelona

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

I’m not someone who usually writes reviews—especially while I’m still at the hotel—but our experience at Hotel Arts Barcelona has been so outstanding, I couldn’t wait to share it. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt the difference. The personalized service, the warm welcome, the glass of champagne at check-in—it all made us feel instantly at home. But what’s truly exceptional here is the people. Every single staff member we’ve encountered has been gracious, genuine, and attentive—not just to us, but to our kids as well. They’ve made our family feel like we matter. It’s the little things: remembering our names, engaging our children with kindness, anticipating needs we didn’t even realize we had. It’s clear that the entire team works in sync with one goal in mind—to make each guest feel special. We’ve stayed in many places around the world, but this experience stands out in every way. Hotel Arts has set a new bar for hospitality, and our family has already decided: we’ll never stay anywhere else in Barcelona again. If you're reading this and considering a stay—don’t hesitate. We’re living it right now, and it’s been unforgettable.

Very good

Basically the hotel is very nice, the staff, the facilities and the vibe itself. The panoramic sea view room we had for 5 days was probably the best room I have ever stayed in a hotel. All in all we did enjoy this hotel very much, but on the weekend days the music gets very loud from the nearby clubs and this disrupted our sleep a little bit in the middle of the night (we were on the 12th floor).

Disappointed

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

I recently stayed at the Barcelona Arts Hotel and, while the property itself is beautiful, I left feeling extremely disappointed and let down by the way a serious issue was handled. Due to an unreasonably long delay with a food order at the pool—which we ultimately had to cancel ourselves—and an overcrowded reception area where the check-out line filled the entire lobby, our departure felt rushed and chaotic. In the midst of this, I accidentally left a valuable ring in the room. I called the hotel within an hour of leaving, was told housekeeping hadn’t yet entered the room, and gave the exact location where the ring had been left. Despite this, I was later informed it was not found. What followed was an unacceptably slow and disorganized response. The official lost item report form wasn’t sent until several hours later—and only after my husband, who is Spanish, called on my behalf. The investigation didn’t begin until the following day, by which time a full staff shift had already turned over. While they claimed to have searched staff belongings, which to me seemed to acknowledge the possibility of theft, it’s unclear what that could have accomplished over 15 hours later. The entire process lacked urgency, transparency, and accountability, which left me deeply disappointed. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism from a hotel of this caliber.
