Hotel Arts Barcelona

My wife and I stayed here for four nights and had a great time. The location is perfect, right on the waterfront, with beautiful sea and city views. Special thanks to Zora from room service for her kindness and helpful Barcelona tips, and to Diego from the breakfast team for making our mornings special. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Website looks lovely, guest reviews seem generally ok, good location--three of four criteria that will get me (a customer) over the booking finish line. The fourth is pre stay communication and guest service. This they "failed" at in a magnificent fashion--emails, and messages regarding an upcoming stay completely ignored by the hotel. We have a special ocassion and wanted to ensure that our stay is seamless and got complete radio silence. Any hotelier worth his/her money should know that pre stay is as important as stay and post stay--its the very basics!!! Poor show and embarressing for your hotel!!

We arrived very tired and I cannot tell you how absolutely amazing Leticia is!! She is one of the managers at the front desk and she goes well above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced! She has the perfect disposition for somebody in hospitality because she is sweet and smiling, and really attempted to solve a snag that came up… !!! Leticia, Leticia, Leticia, thank you!!! She was so great about communicating with me-and continuously inquired about how our stay was going! We were there to celebrate our 40th anniversary, and we had two wonderful dinners at Marina. The fish of the day was Seabass and it was absolutely incredible. Again, the staff and management at Marina was amazing. Mattia, Francesca and Beatriz made our meals friendly and fun. They were also exemplary in their hospitality. The setting was really nice… We really liked the main pool, actually better than the infinity pool because there is a bit of construction that will hopefully be done shortly. We stayed in room 1109 and it was a beautiful spacious room, which I would highly recommend! All in all, we we had a wonderful 3 nights stay.. we loved Barcelona, and this was the perfect hotel to come back to after busy days… we really hated to leave and can’t wait to go back!!

Very high quality! We’ve been personally welcomed by the duty Manager, which doesn’t happen to often. Rooms are big, nicely designed and with beautiful view. Amazing food in the restaurant close to the pool. We had Ceviche and slowly cooked Ribs that were delicious. Pool beat to crowded, but it’s normal in this period of the year. There are many waiters at the pool, so you don’t have to wait for the order. There is one more pool for adults only, but definitively to small. And customer service - amazing! Love this place!

Hotel Arts Barcelona holds a special place in my heart, and every visit reminds me why. A heartfelt thank you to Juan and the entire Front Office team for their outstanding hospitality, arranging a wonderful room and providing extra touches that made our stay even more memorable. Special thanks also to Mr. Bernard, Diego and Berta from the breakfast team, who consistently went above and beyond to make each morning a pleasure. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care truly made a difference. We look forward to returning soon!
