Wonderful stay at Hotel Arts. Spacious room, superb breakfast, and very attentive service. All employees went above and beyond to make our day! Special shout-out to Alex in the bar and Angela at the front desk. They are the kind of employees that will make us come back again and again.

Stellar service! From those greeting us at the door, the very warm reception, to the room service, it was a highlight of our trip. They picked up on our personal preferences and made our stay so enjoyable. Fantastic hotel!

This hotel is undertaking a major upgrade, so expect a construction crane and some dust. However, the guest rooms are all completely renovated and offer spectacular views of Barcelona and the Mediterranean. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of top notch choices and friendly staff to assist you if you desire a special plate. We had one water interruption on our floor one day during our five day stay. That said, the hotel staff quickly sprung into action and provided impacted guests with a temporary room for us to use to shower and change. The water issue was resolved that day and we were compensated for the inconvenience. This is the mark of an outstanding management team. A commitment to guests when things go wrong builds strong guest loyalty. I appreciate their efforts of going above and beyond. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

I stayed here in August for a poker tournament. Overall my experience was very pleasant What I liked 1. Very nice rooms, plenty of USB and USB-c outlets 2. As a Titanium member, I received a very nice welcome gift (bottle of wine) 3. The breakfast is simply amazing The caviar is fantastic, and the fruit are really good 4. The staff are friendly, competent, and helpful. They were all good, but I will mention a few that I remember. Gisu at breakfast, Joshua and Pricsila at the Marina really impressed me with their friendliness, language skills, and professionalism 5. The location is fantastic. It's on the beach, near very restaurants, and shops What I did not like 1. The TV did not work properly for the 10 days I stayed here. I made multiple calls, and finally the last engineer who stopped by told me it's because the heat impacts the heat on the antena and there is nothing they can do. I think they need to figure this out. 2. The gym is tiny. They basically turned two guest rooms into the gym, with two treadmills, one stair master and one bicycle. To be fair, you have the option of getting a guest pass to a large gym, but I did not want to do that 3. I had the choice of paying less money and book through them, but I had the brilliant idea that if I book through the American Express Fine Hotels program, and since I have Titanium status, my odds of an upgrade are very good. Alas, there was no upgrade. To be fair, upgrade is based on availability, and I accept that an upgrade was not available. Next time, I will book directly from the poker program
