The staff of the main desk were so welcoming and helpful all through our stay. While it was a bit difficult having a locksmith repairing our room lock for what seemed like at least an hour during a time when we wanted to use the room, it was appreciated that he was able to solve the problem on a Friday evening. It was also appreciated that we were repaid with breakfasts each morning. The staff seemed to go above and beyond at every step of our stay, providing a place for us to have the meals we had brought in, together with our family staying in the Derby across the street, making us hot water for coffee and tea, and always greeting us with a smile and with an attitude that nothing would be too much to ask. Appreciated the thick towels and places to hang them. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Enjoyed hanging out by the small pool. Appreciated the mint and orange flavored waters in the lobby.

A very good place to stay. The hotel and rooms are very comfortable, the staff is caring and friendly. When I'm in Barcelona I'm going to stay there again.

They came through with excellent restaurant recommendations, ordered us an airport taxi and stored our son’s luggage for a couple of days. They were fantastic ambassadors for Barcelona!

We had the family room and were really surprised - it's two floors, with two bath rooms and bedrooms - perfect not only for family but also friends travelling together. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We arrived at noon but could spend the time at the pool/terrace until the room was ready. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was really delicious. The location of the hotel is good, but there's no easy Metro connection - which was fine for us because we used the bus all the time to see more of the city.
