This is a chic and exclusive boutique hotel with 22 rooms and suites and 6 apartments. Located in the heart of the old Jewish quarter, Hotel Neri Relais & Châteaux is set in two historical and aristocratic houses, being one of them a medieval palace from the XII century. The building’s original period charm has been preserved and enhanced by the hotel’s sophisticated interior design. Its design blends with relaxing music and sensual aromas to create a unique setting in this ancient area of central Barcelona.

Our stay at Hotel Neri was average. The gentleman at the front desk was rude, which colored our whole experience. I think I would’ve had a much better overall opinion if it weren’t for his arrogance. He initially did not realize we were part of Relais and Château. He made three trips to our room and the first hour to deliver the very nice gifts from Relais and Château. After very long journey, it was quite disruptive, and after his rudeness, we were tired of the whole thing. In general, we like Relais and Château properties But would not stay in this one again.

A special shout-out to Alberto, and Tatiana (front desk) for their excellent customer service! Loved the time spent on both rooftops! The beds were very comfortable.

Hotel Neri was the perfect location for our 3 day visit to Barcelona before embarking on a cruise. It’s located in the historic Gothic Quarter. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with an early check in upon our morning arrival after an overnight flight. The hotel is top of the line, clean, and decorated nicely. The restaurant in the hotel has an amazing breakfast. We started with coffee before a tray with breads, fruit, yogurt and juices was brought to us. In addition, we were able to order off the menu. I cannot say enough about Tomas, who greeted us with cappuccinos upon our arrival. He was friendly and was there to assist with any questions we had. Tomas went above and beyond the day of our checkout, speaking and coordinating logistics with our driver who couldn’t pick us up at the hotel due to a protest in the vicinity. Tomas led us and our luggage through blocks of pedestrians to meet up with the driver who was parked several blocks away. We couldn’t have done it ourselves in a city we weren’t familiar with. Overall, I’d highly recommend Hotel Neri for your visit to beautiful Barcelona.

We stayed for 3-nights in one of the apartments which was a perfect blend for hotel service/amenities and apartment-style convenience. The apartment was spacious, quiet and beautifully appointed, the hotel staff were excellent throughout our stay and provided invaluable advice for our stay in Barcelona. The breakfast is a highlight and will set you up for the day. We would highly recommend Hotel Neri Barcelona.

Neri Hotel is truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere is warm, authentic, and wonderfully cozy. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, and every single one of them contributes to making the experience even more enjoyable and pleasant. A special mention to ((Thomas))whose welcoming attitude and constant smile add so much charm to the place. Also the front desk staff and their positivity and great service make the stay even more fun and memorable. Highly recommended.
