Located in the heart of the old Jewish quarter, Hotel Neri Relais & Châteaux is set in two historical and aristocratic houses, being one of them a medieval palace from the XII century. Gorgeous, Welcoming Retreat in the Heart of the Gothic Quarter
Hotel Neri is an absolute dream. We loved the location, the gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces, the thoughtful details in our room, and most of all the incredible staff. Thomas was the first to greet us with his friendly smile and warm welcome. He was so joyful, thoughtful, and helpful in every way. Also, his language skills are incredible! We loved our outstanding breakfasts at Hotel Neri -- truly the best we've ever had. Looking over the beautiful Plaça Sant Felip Neri from our favorite table, wonderful Prem looked after us each morning. The other two staff members who helped with breakfast were also very attentive. We appreciated that the breakfast was not buffet style, but instead a lovely tray with a delicious assortment of breads, fruit, yogurt, fresh juices, etc., accompanied by a menu of many items made to order. We did our best to order each and every breakfast dish during our stay, but it is impossible to pick a favorite as they are all delicious. We chose one of the apartments for our accommodations. The space was very inviting and thoughtfully appointed. In addition to slippers and robes, there were also beach towels, a tote bag, and sun hats in the closet. Having a separate space outside of the bedroom was ideal. We would definitely stay at Hotel Neri again on a future trip. It was a rare experience to feel so welcomed by each and every member of the Neri team, including each person who helped us at the front desk. The experience felt like we found a home away from home in the heart of the Gothic Quarter.

Convenient and beautiful
A fabulous hotel with a perfect location. Staff was super helpful, especially the marvelous Thomas. Rooftop pool is gorgeous and a real selling point.

Best location, luxurious, and a comfortable warm atmosphere
The location made you feel like you were a part of history, the modern updates of the Hotel were luxurious. The beds were ultra comfortable. The staff was always helpful and friendly, lobby greeter Thomas enhanced the experience through his recommendations, luggage handling, and making you feel at home. Would highly recommend this Hotel to friends and family.

Exceptional Hotel!
We had an INCREDIBLE experience at Hotel Neri. The hotel is beautifully designed in a way that blends old architecture with modern amenities and aesthetic. The location is 10/10 and the staff is so wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again.
