Tasteful and welcoming
Has to be one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. The staff are overwhelmingly helpful and friendly, the room was luxurious and the whole decor had more than a Danish touch. After this, we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Barcelona. In terms of criticisms breakfast is table service and a la carte with a good choice of quality food, but when it's busy self service would be quicker.

Had a great stay at the Hotel Neri , Atmosphere is amazing Loved all the architecture inside. Location was great was close to places to eat, shop , overall walk around and felt extremely safe in the area. Rooms were big and very clean had all essentials you would need plus more. Negative Noise very quiet hotel. Value for the room was good for what you received. The bar and the service was great. I have to say that Hotel Neri has the BEST Bellman there is out there. Tomas met you on the first day and he knew your names & room number from the first day, He went out of his way to show us a great coffee spot & recommendations. He assisted with our luggage and arranging us transportation & even pushed our luggage for 4 blocks to where we met our taxi when we were departing. He really goes out of his way to make you fell welcomed & made sure everything was going smooth, Please do not take Tomas for granted he is definitely a jewel you have there. Can't say enough about him.

A must stay
The location in the Gothic Quarter is gorgeous and quaint. It is wonderfully appointed and truly an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. The staff is incredibly attentive as well!

Quiet, charming escape in the hectic Gothic Quarter
Hotel Neri is a lovely boutique hotel set in a quiet corner of the Gothic Quarter surrounded by chic shops and mostly insulated from the maddening crowds. Excellent breakfast, lovely and helpful staff, and comfortable rooms within a charming medieval castle. My flight home was cancelled and though they were not able to accommodate me for another night, I ended up staying at a Four Seasons property that emphasized this property’s charm and the staff’s personal touch. Particular thanks to the friendly doorman and the breakfast server, who remembered my coffee preferences after just one day.
