Beautiful Hotel with outstanding service!
From the moment we entered the hotel lobby until we checked out everything about this hotel was spectacular!! Rafael and his team greeted us and handled all of our needs like we were the only guest in the hotel. Rooms are beautiful, clean and have all the amenities you need. Food was outstanding and roof top bar was impressive! Great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Amazing experience
It was a wonderful experience. Dare I say amazing!! Rafael was the absolute best. His energy and personality were awesome. He took such great care of us. Chris and Chique were phenomenal as well. Would absolutely recommend staying here. 5 star experience.

Fantastic roof terrace & pool, very friendly staff & excellent food.
Fanatics service from the minute you arrive. Staff are so friendly & helpful, nice room, food is excellent, breakfast was fantastic choices & nice room & lovely roof terrace with swimming pool.

A great place to spend a city break.
We visited here with two friends. The hotel is very well located in the centre of the city within walking distance of the Cathedral, La Ramblas, Playa Catalunys etc. We were welcomed with a drink and courtesy. There was a bit of a mix up with our room, but it was sorted. We had a very nice mini suite, lovely bathroom and quiet location. The breakfast bar was excellent. There is a Michelin Star restaurant in the hotel, but we didn't go there. We visited the Roof Top bar each evening, that was great. I was rather disappointed that I couldn't use the swimming pool there because there was no safe way to get in or out (I have arthritis and cannot climb step ladders) It was very clean and nicely furnished.

Best local experience!
Phyla hotel is fabulous. The location, the breakfasts, the rooftop bar and swimming pool. It’s the best value in Barcelona. Gothic area is terrific.
