Bad Customer Service
Hello, We stayed for one night at the hotel from 20-21st of April, there was no one outside to get our bags upon arrival. We left on the 2st, and as soon as we reached our next destination we called the hotel to tell them we forgot our portable charger at the hotel and need to be sent to our next destination, they said to email and they will get back, and they never did, we emailed more than 3 times, called internationally more than 5 times, everytime we get passed on to another person who does not have any idea whats going on, and at the end after a whole week of chasing, they say they dont have anything under our room. That was so annoying, the staff were not helpful nor did respond and it took them a week to tell us they dont have it. When we know for sure it was in the room! very very bad service at the reception!

A classic hotel in Barcelona
Excellent location of classic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Stay was arranged by our cruise line and included breakfast which was very good and served in a pleasant room. Easy walking distance to Gaudi locations, high end shopping, La Rambla, and terrific restaurants.

AMAZING!
Amazing Experience! The staff at Majestic was attentive, friendly and so helpful with all our needs. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, clean and the location was amazing! We were the middle of the most beautiful area! Thank you Majestic for making this experience unbelievable!

Absolutely recommend Hotel Majestic A+
This hotel is A++. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. It is in the middle of the luxury stores and within walking distance of everything. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is out of this world. I travelled just this past week for 7 days with my mother and 2 sisters. It was my mother's dream to see Spain. Hotel Majestic made my mother's dream complete. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel and an excellent customer experience.

Unreal Barcelona Hotel & Breakfast Experience!
This was such an incredible hotel and experience!! I would go back in a heartbeat!! Best breakfast I’ve had in my life! Spectacular! The rooms, balconies and the views were amazing!! The handsoaps, body soaps, cremes were unending! Coming back to the room at night to find the bed turned down with chocolates and fresh water and slippers! Incredible! The staff were very accommodating!! Amazing prime location!!
