Splendid stay Mandarin Oriental Barcelona
We really enjoyed our short stay. MOBCN is doing an excellent job in regards of guest satisfaction. Every staff member provided personalized and highly attentive service. Even for MO standards it is definitely above the average and ranks among my top 3 of best MO hotels worldwide. As a guest you sense that you are in a extremely well managed hotel with a great team, thanks to the leadership of Mr. Moser and Mr. Subasi. Keep up the good work and thank you very much for the wonderful upgrade.

We have to end our trip with one of the best hotels in Barcelona. We stayed here many years ago with my family be and were very happy with the stay. So, we had to visit again during this year’s Spain trip as well. As usual, the Mandarin Oriental standard is pretty much unbeatable. Every MO property we stayed at has the consistency that’s necessary for a luxury brand. Of course, everything is top notch. If there’s was anything that can be improved, luggage service is slower than other hotels we stayed at in Spain. Just call them 15-20 minutes before your departure time, it should be enough time.

In a class all their own
Just leaving from our first stay at a Madarin, they have set the bar extremely high! Customer service was exceptional! From Daniel & Alberto at the front door to Carla at the front desk. Made you feel part of the family. Truly perfect. Why would we stay anywhere else again. Thanks for making our vacation memorable😁

World Class Quality, Service and Location In Barcelona
This is a world class hotel with exceptional service and best of the best accommodations and service. The staff cannot do not enough for its guests with no detail overlooked, and the location on Passeig De Garcia with luxury shopping and dining just outside the front door makes this a top pick when in Barcelona. Not inexpensive (so skip the Manderin Oriental if on a budget). But worth the price for those who want and cannot afford luxury. Highly recommend.

Thank you very much for reaching out. My husband and I had a FANTASTIC stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona.
While we had expected our stay to be exceptional, it exceeded our expectations.
Our room (Junior Suite) was fabulous -- spacious and comfortable. The service throughout the hotel was unparalleled (everyone seemed to know our names!). The attention to detail (fresh flowers!) was remarkable. Both breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant were superb.
We cannot wait to visit another Mandarin Oriental hotel in the future.
