Ac being fixed in the middle of the night still ac didn’t work and we had to spoil our sleep
Ac not working and service happening in front of us at 1 am . The technician came fixed and serviced the air condition in front of us and said to wait for 10 minutes to cool the room, we waited 30 mins but still room is not cooling , why is it so difficult to change the room ?? I’ve been a Meliá member worldwide and never experienced this kind of behavior .

Fantastic stay
First time in barcelona and melia sky, it was amazing, great location lovely staff and the pool was fantastic will definately be back

Great stay in Barcelona
Great hotel at a good price, with fantastic service. More in the business area of the city, but easy to grab a taxi or tram to central Barcleona area. Pool area was really nice, and the restaurant on the 24th floor had amazing views. We had the level package, and it was definitely worth it for the lounge and the room with views. Hallways/stainless steel architecture of the building was a bit strange, but the rooms themselves were great, well lit and welcoming. Standout for our stay was Leo, who worked in the level lounge. He was FANTASTIC - super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Never happen in my Life. Surprise when we came back from the tourist tour at 5 pm the two rooms was dirty the towels too and the bed still needs to be made The answer from the hotel sorry for the mistake. This is an hotel 4 stars superior. Think about this before booking

Bad Management, Bad Service and The Worst Housekeeping
Bad Management, bad service, bad housekeeping. The room very small and the 1st room we got had problem with the air conditioner so that we had to move to another room. Before moving, when we entered the first room assigned, the room seemed not thouroughly cleaned and the housekeeing was really the worst we ever had. There were dirty socks left from the previous guest and also empty water bottle !. one pair of the slippers also already opened and seemed to have been used by the previous guest too. Awefull!
