Hotel Mercer Barcelona stay
I very much enjoyed my stay at the Mercer Barcelona: - the initial tour showing me the Roman ruins, the library, and the private eating room in the old Roman tower - the fantastic cocktails in the back bar and the Mercer restaurant, which was delicious - the wonderful delightful staff that I saw every morning and every evening on my way out and way in - my very comfortable room and wonderful room service I cannot be happier with my stay and look forward to coming back

The Mercer is Plush & Cool
We had a Fabulous stay! The location is right in the Gothic Quarter with shops and restaurants all around. Rooftop pool & terrace is an escape. But the real story is the Staff! They are each friendly, attentive, expert and multilingual. This is our place in Barcelona. No others like it.

Very nice room. Very comfortable. Chairs in outdoor breakfast room very slippery, need squab cushion. Great location and impeccable service!

Gothic Quarter
Tucked in the gothic quarter the atmosphere inside is serene. Rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet. Service was good. Rooftop pool is small but clean and refreshing with an adequate number of lounge chairs. Bar was rarely staffed so that was one downside. Overall a great stay.
