My stay at this hotel was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The overall organization feels chaotic and completely unprofessional. From the moment I tried to resolve a simple issue, it became clear that customer service is not a priority here. Guest Relations, particularly Martinez, was unhelpful and showed little interest in actually assisting me. Instead of offering solutions, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude that made the situation even more frustrating. To make matters worse, my phone call with Simon at the reception was unacceptable. His tone was rude, impatient, and far from what you’d expect from someone working in hospitality. Some of his remarks left me feeling singled out and uncomfortable, which is absolutely not how a guest should ever feel.

Great hotel, spacious rooms and very comfortable bed. Shower and bath were very clean. Breakfast bare had a huge variety of food selection. Public transport is very close. Metro les Corts is 8min walk away and also bus or tram station right above the hotel. Theirs is also a solarium at the rooftop with a pool, which we didn’t use cause of the colder temperature. Right next to the hotel is a huge mall with lots of shops and food options. In the area around the hotel there’s a wide variety of tapas bars, I recommend el Tap.

These folk went above and beyond especially Sara and Muhammad (porter) Between the two of them they fixed a very serious issue for me with the best result

Excelent hotel, everyone is kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very complete and the staff that works there are always ready and happy to help you and offer you a drink

Stayed for 3 nights on business, just what you need, clean and comfy. Breakfast was a very wide ranging buffet, all fresh and the hot food was hot, not tepid. Frontdesk staff were very hepful when I did experience problems. The hotel is around 15 minutes walk from Sants Station and 45-50 from Sagrada Familia (stupid idea to walk),
