Highly recommended. Walking distance from great cafes and restaurants. Very safe, we walked every morning to local cafes and at night to dinner. Taxi-stand across the street. Great staying outside city center, able to enjoy/experience the local culture/cuisine. Staff very helpful in identifying high quality restaurants, especially Maria as reception.

Good location, close to train station. Hotel staff very good. Recommend to upgrade the hotel quality, furniture and services.

A lovely upscale hotel attached to an awesome mall. Several excellent restaurants within walking distance. The Hop On-Hop Off bus also stops nearby. Extremely satisfied with my 2-day stay. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed at this hotel with my husband in February, and unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. When we arrived in our room, we immediately noticed several issues. The kettle smelled strongly of bleach and was leaking water. The bathroom had visible mold, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, the room felt outdated, with old switches, temperature controls, and power outlets. Instead of proper curtains, there was a blind that looked like a sheet. The bathtub had visible white repair marks, and the radiator was rusty. It’s important to mention that we paid extra for a superior room, which was advertised as including free wellness access. This was misleading — the wellness is only free for 30 minutes! Upon arrival, there were no bathrobes or slippers in the room, so we had to contact the staff to request them. Another unpleasant surprise came when we entered the wellness area — we were asked to pay extra for a swimming cap. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations at all, and I would definitely not recommend it. The location was quite okay. There is a playground outside where you could hear children playing some kind of sport from the morning. The atmosphere in the hotel was average. When we were leaving, the hotel employee asked us if we were satisfied and when we answered that we were not, we explained all the shortcomings to her and she didn't even apologize to us - she didn't have any reaction.

Lovely modern hotel about a 20 minute taxi ride from the downtown core. A nice commercial/residential neighbourhood with many food and beverage options nearby as well as shopping. A short walk from the tram and taxi stand right across the street. The best breakfast buffet I have ever experienced!
