Do not stay here

It is visually a lovely hotel. After a long day in Barcelona we decided on in room dining. I would give the food 9 out of 10. But the huge television in the room was not working. We called the desk and were told that they were aware of this and IT were working on it. It never worked while we were there. We decided to turn in early but the automated drapery were not closing. Again we called the front desk several times with no response!! My husband went to the front desk on two occasions for some assistance. Finally a maintenance guy came just before 11 pm! When I told the front desk all this on check out nothing was done and no apologies given! On top of all this poor stay our deposit on the credit card of €150 has not been removed and I have sent several emails to get this rectified. We have stayed in many high end hotels across the world and never have we had such a poor experience! I Do not recommend this hotel

Concierge desk Patricia was excellent in information and guidance. Tara at the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was ok as eggs preparations were cold.

Daniel the night manager and the whole team at Barcelona went above and beyond to accommodate and make sure our first time in Barcelona was secure and planned out. From the first experience team and concrete conceriagr service everything was intentional.

Poor customer service

Quite disappointed in customer service. Checked in at 4pm with a cruise group. Told luggage would be delivered. At 5pm called customer service asking for luggage-told delivery would be immediate. At 530pm , called again for luggage . Went to 2nd floor and found luggage. Was told bellmen busy. Took luggage myself with help to room. I feel it is reasonable to expect luggage delivered to room within 30 min of registration-much less 1.5!!!!
