Mauvaise expérience a fuir
Some staff members are friendly, while others are not; a young cleaning woman came to tidy up, and my toiletry bag had disappeared by the time she left. The pool is very small, with few sun loungers for the entire hotel and no shaded areas, so you are forced to wait in direct sunlight. Avoid this hotel.

Relaxed Luxury, Personalised Experience, & Great Location
Great location next to the Barceló Sants transit hub. Lovely room and a beautiful bathroom. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. Nobu hotel has an atmosphere of relaxed luxury from the lobby to the rooftop bar. Friendly and efficient reception staff made our arrival and checkout very easy. The restaurant was excellent and Roberto was magnificent! He made us feel very welcome and our personalised breakfast experience set a wonderful tone for each day in Barcelona.

Stayed at Hotel Nobu for 2 nights in Barcelona before boarding our cruise. Wonderful experience! Every staff member we dealt with was exceptional. They helped us before we even had to ask. The concierges helped us plan our days and had great recommendations. Everybody at this hotel was friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and beautiful! The best buffet I’ve ever had at a hotel, and I’ve been to many. Had drinks on the rooftop and at the bar downstairs - both were great. The room was very clean and bedding quite comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!
