3 Star-Hotel at Best
Upon arrival, the reception told us our room was 505, but when we entered, another hotel guest had already occupied it. On the first night, they provided only 1 towel for 2 guests. The shampoo and conditioner provided were watered down; we only found out on day 4 when we checked with reception. Windows are not double-glazed; you can hear people on the ground floor talking.

Horrible venue for business functions. Worst elevators and meeting spaces I have ever used. Wifi is abysmal and was down for hours. Food is overpriced and below expectation in terms of quality. Amenities are few and far between.

Truly not a 5-star experience. Bad service and bad value for the room and service we got. Check in was a mess. There was an issue with our room (anyone standing in the parking lot could and did see into our room, even with the daytime curtains closed). The bathroom had a lingering smell from the drain or something, so much so, that I was checking to see if someone had left something in the toilet. It really started and ended the last destination in our trip the wrong way. Definitely will not recommend this hotel to anyone and still annoyed knowing how much we paid vs what we got at this Nobu.
