2star hotel
Booked as an extension for Viking cruse and hotel cancelled our reservation. Front desk turned their backs on us and said you have no room. Viking team on site said sorry but would not help. Finally we had to call Viking back in USA and after 4 hours they straighten it out. Do not stay here. Stay at the W. Room was clean but facing construction area.Breakfast was warm but uninspired. Excellent security team!!

Lovely suite stay and I miss the bed
Literally the most comfortable bed I’ve ever been in. I want one. The hotel is sexy and comfortable and the furnishings are very nice and relaxing. Great views and we had a corner saki suite 2101 and could see La Sagrada and other landmarks perfectly. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel buffet I’ve seen. The roof top is nice but a bit smaller than we expected and the day beds and other furnishings in the online photos are no longer there. There are about 6 lounger chairs and the rest are those half chairs where you can’t lean back or put your legs up. They could add, and need, at least 6 more in the space there. The spa was lovely. Note The current construction makes uber difficult to get. Asked for an ice bucket for our champagne and it never arrived to our room. I was surprised this 5 star room didn’t send anything to our room given they knew it was our honeymoon!
