Everything was disappointing from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Upon check-in, we were unexpectedly asked to pay a €150 per night security deposit, despite this never being disclosed during the booking process. The elevator was unreliable, and the pool that was heavily promoted turned out to be tiny—more like a children's pool than a proper hotel swimming pool. To make matters worse, the shower in my room was faulty for two days. Despite reporting the issue, the technical team failed to resolve it, leaving the bathroom flooded every time I showered. I nearly slipped because of the water on the floor. The room amenities were also below expectations. There was no complimentary water or body lotion, and the wardrobe hangers left noticeable marks on my clothes, damaging several garments. I had been genuinely looking forward to my stay, but by the end I simply couldn't wait to leave. It was an extremely disappointing experience. It is especially sad to see such a lack of hospitality from a brand like Nobu, which presents itself as a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below the standards that the Nobu name promises.

2star hotel
Booked as an extension for Viking cruse and hotel cancelled our reservation. Front desk turned their backs on us and said you have no room. Viking team on site said sorry but would not help. Finally we had to call Viking back in USA and after 4 hours they straighten it out. Do not stay here. Stay at the W. Room was clean but facing construction area.Breakfast was warm but uninspired. Excellent security team!!
