Truly not a 5-star experience. Bad service and bad value for the room and service we got. Check in was a mess. There was an issue with our room (anyone standing in the parking lot could and did see into our room, even with the daytime curtains closed). The bathroom had a lingering smell from the drain or something, so much so, that I was checking to see if someone had left something in the toilet. It really started and ended the last destination in our trip the wrong way. Definitely will not recommend this hotel to anyone and still annoyed knowing how much we paid vs what we got at this Nobu.

The place is amazing , specially the staff, they were very kind and helpful ♥️ We visited the Nobu restaurant, the food amazing as usual and the atmosphere so the the view of the whole city was breathtaking..

Extremely disappointing experience at Nobu Barcelona. I discovered multiple reddish-brown stains across the bedding that appeared to be dried blood, including smears and transfer marks in several areas. I photographed everything immediately. Finding bedding in this condition at any hotel is disturbing; at a property marketed as five-star, it is completely unacceptable. The AC also would not cool the room below roughly 25–26°C and required two technician visits before it finally worked. What made the experience substantially worse was management’s response. Rather than taking accountability and offering a reasonable resolution, the situation became defensive and confrontational. I initially kept everything private to give the hotel an opportunity to make things right. Problems can happen at any hotel. Bloody-looking stains on bedding are serious, but how management responds afterward matters just as much. This was nowhere near the standard I expected from the Nobu name.

The location was why we chose this hotel. We were next to Barcelona - Sants train station which has the high speed trains to Madrid and also walking distance to plaza Espana which has the trains to Monserrat. The hotel also has beautiful views of the mountains from our room and beautiful breakfast layout. Upon check in the front staff did not explain that we had to scan our key to get to our room but we knew from previous hotel stays but I thought it would have been a good thing to tell guests. Another thing I did not like was that stupid open bathroom that gets water all over the floor i don’t know who decided an open bathroom was a good idea but it’s not. We were part of the AMEX hotel collection program but every morning the breakfast area said they have no record . I just went once and then when they said the second day they gave no record I just went to Mc Donald’s at the train station and had a sausage egg McMuffin and a Mc cafe on my OUIGO train ride to Madrid . The room was not cleaned properly the first night but was great the other 3 nights. Also ice was a big deal. I ended up having to get it myself from the bar downstairs rather than wait 1 hr . The porter and the bar man Downstairs were friendly but that’s it. Next time im in Barcelona I won’t stay there I don’t think I got a 5 star experience for the price.
