Room was excellent, clean, but more importantly the staff was beyond delightful. Alejandro was especially helpful, during our rough travel circumstances. Would book again!

A few tweaks to be made but a great and beautiful property overall with amazing service. Just figure out a few minor tweaks and this is 10's all the way through.

Lovely hotel overall
Overall a wonderful experience. More staff needed in the bar downstairs, a smile also would have been nice. Lifts need updating! Very slow. I believe they are doing this. I also enquired about a massage, they said I’d get a text. Sadly I never did. However it’s a great place. Just my personal dissatisfactions. Nobu restaurant amazing! I left a review for Jullius ❤️
