Best Customer Service Around
We stayed at the Hotel Nobu before our cruise departed. Customer service was above and beyond. From the warm towels and tea greeting to the wonderful concierge service (thank you Patricia and Carmen!!!) who provided us with everything from site-seeing to dinner recommendations. Clean, warm, welcoming. Highly recommend!

A most enjoyable stay at Nobu Hotel in Barcelona.
We were upgraded to a junior suit and able to access it right away when arriving at 12:30 AM. Carmen of the guest experience team assisted me with purchasing tickets for our visit to Park Güell and sent the printed tickets to our room. She also brought money I had dropped in the lobby to our room in an envelope with a card wishing us the best experience in Barcelona.

Nobu has large rooms and a helpful staff
Transfer from Viking Saturn to Nobu for 2 nights March 6-8. Carlos was our first and last point of contact. He was friendly, kind and helpful. He brought up our bags, previewed the room, secured a taxi to specific address and gave us his umbrella. Today similar in reverse.

Great Room, Great Food, Even Better Service
We had a fantastic stay. The room was excellent. Spacious, comfortable and well thought through. Everything worked exactly as it should. The team were genuinely lovely throughout. Special mention to Arturo on reception, who gave us a great welcome and couldn’t have been more helpful. When I managed to sprain my ankle, he even found me a crutch so I could still get about. That kind of service makes a real difference. Food was terrific and the wine selection didn’t disappoint either. We felt very well looked after from start to finish. Would happily return.
