Good location nice rooftop restaurant but unpleasant reception staff
The hotel is in a good location unfortunately the first room we got was very unpleasant the views were horrible looking on to an alleyway and facing an apartment complex. We couldn’t open our curtains. Eventually we moved rooms which was supposed to be a free upgrade obviously not just a smaller room with a better outlook. Honestly the customer service in these supposedly 5 star hotels is seriously awful. There’s clearly no training being done . The other positive is the rooftop restaurant where the staff were extremely helpful and the food was very good and because of this experience and the location of the hotel I would return 7 out of 10. Would have been 10 if the issues we had had been dealt with professionally.

We loved this hotel. The room and bathroom were very nice but also comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and the food was fantastic. We ate breakfast there every morning and had one dinner on the rooftop. The location is great as it’s pretty central and within walking distance of a lot of sites/neighborhoods.

Excellent customer service! Nice rooms. We enjoyed our time here. We heard mixed reviews on the rooftop menu so we didn't try the food here.

The best 5 star grand luxe in Barcelona
Beautiful hotel and highest level customer service. I was so happy with our stay at The One. This hotel really is 5 star grand luxe. From the warm welcome to check out attentiveness in service from all the staff is amazing. I communicated to the hotel before we arrived about our special requests and everything was arranged according to my wishes, fabulous! We only stayed one night pre-cruise but we will certainly return! Thank you everyone at The One for absolutely lovely stay. See you next time!

5 star ⭐️ all the way. Superior city location. Outstanding customer service from check in to concierge to dining to housekeeping. Room accommodations are deluxe. Staff go out of their way to support your needs. Heartily recommend.
