The One Barcelona

I had a wonderful stay at The One Barcelona and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I stayed in a Junior Corner Suite, which was absolutely beautiful. The room was thoughtfully designed, extremely comfortable, and beautifully appointed, with lovely views and a real sense of understated luxury. I especially loved the bathroom, the fantastic shower, and the Japanese style toilet. Every detail made the suite feel special. The location is another huge plus. The hotel is in the beautiful Eixample neighborhood, just off one of Barcelona’s main shopping streets, so you have easy access to everything while still enjoying a quieter and more relaxed setting. It is a wonderful area to stroll, with plenty of excellent restaurants, bars, and cafés nearby, and many of Barcelona’s sights are easily accessible on foot. I loved being able to step outside the hotel and immediately feel connected to the city without being right in the middle of the busiest areas. The food and drinks at the hotel were also excellent, and I especially want to mention Elena and Paolo at the bar. Both were incredibly accommodating, engaging, and friendly, and they offered some wonderful recommendations. They made me feel very well looked after and added so much to my experience at the hotel. I also want to thank Richard at the concierge desk. He was exceptionally friendly and attentive, recommended a wonderful sushi restaurant within walking distance, and arranged the reservation for me. It turned out to be an absolutely fantastic dining experience. Richard also arranged my car service to the airport, which was completely seamless. What really stood out throughout my stay was the level of hospitality. Everyone I encountered made me feel welcome and cared for, while still allowing the experience to feel relaxed and effortless. The One Barcelona is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with a truly wonderful team. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I am in Barcelona.

My first experience at The One hotel group and I was very pleased. The location was ideal, right amidst all the good shopping and near so many restaurants. I’ve stayed at various hotels in various neighborhoods in Barcelona, and this is definitely the best area to stay, hands down. The property is immaculate and finishings are top notch. The room had marbled bathroom and beds were very comfortable. They seem to have thought of everything. The rooftop pool is really the signature piece of the property. You get a great view of the whole city and the pool was perfect temperature - very refreshing but not too cold. Laying up by the pool is a perfect way to spend a hot Barcelona day. Lastly, from a customer service perspective, management goes above and beyond to ensure guests are happy. Even if there’s an issue, they will take care of things are rectify the situation promptly. Overall, great first stay at The One. Definitely worth the money.
