Good location, very pleasant atmosphere, nice rooms and excellent value for more. The lady at the reception Elham was very hospitable and excellent at the reception, Bruno, Alba and (their boss) Ms. Aida were super friendly and very helpful. Definitely will be back again.

A beautiful hotel with great staff who were very helpful . Breakfast was plentiful infinity pools on the roof were superb downside is sometimes you have to pay extra for the sunbeds on the roof which we feel should be included with overall Price/ fortunately when we stayed the rules changed and we didnt have to pay the extra which was great . Overall we would definitely return 😀

€400 + £100 in cash was stolen from my backpack while my wife and I were away from our room attending a wedding. The room was cleaned during that exact period. I reported the theft immediately. Despite being told it would be investigated, it took FOUR DAYS to receive a response. Their conclusion? “No unauthorised access to your room.” That is an extraordinary response when the hotel itself knows the room was accessed and cleaned while we were out. So who entered the room, when did they enter, and what happened to my money? Rather than properly addressing those basic questions, SLS Barcelona has effectively washed its hands of the situation. €500 disappears from a guest’s room and the hotel’s answer is essentially: not our problem. The investigation, communication and complete lack of accountability have been appalling. I would think very carefully before trusting valuables to this hotel. I certainly won’t be staying here again.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience, especially as we were travelling with family. The service was poor throughout our stay, and several members of staff were rude and unhelpful. What made the experience particularly distressing was that we had money go missing during our stay. Given the circumstances, we were extremely concerned and felt that our belongings were not safe at the hotel. This was not the experience we expected or deserved, and we left feeling very upset and disappointed. A hotel should provide guests with a safe, respectful and professional environment, and sadly, that was not our experience here. We would strongly advise future guests to be extremely careful with their valuables and to think carefully before booking this hotel.

Outstanding hotel and staff, perfect from start to finish. The service is impeccable i could not recommend highly enough.
