It’s been 4 years since my last visit and while one could say that the hotel overall is not the newest anymore, it’s their staff who make the difference. While in many other places in the city one is greeted by grumpy staff (if greeted at all), here ever single staff member greets you with a big smile. Special shoutout to Marc in W Lounge for his cocktail recommendations, to Eric from In-RoomDining and to Jonathan and Olinda at WET deck. See you next time again!

Perfect located ,best place for a hotel,excellent view,amazing restaurant Coyo and Noxe,thank you Carla for perfect service,looks like 5starbut it isnt Check in is boring,online checkin does not make sense,double physical check of passport and credit card, thank you Claudio for your great support all days My credit card was blocked with 300 Euros and few hours later again with 165 Euros Are they afraid that I am not able to pay upon check out?next day until 4pm no room cleaning I complained and the answer was that the hotel police says that it should be cleaned until 6pm Never exrienced before such an answer and i travelling since decades Then no bathrobes,no refill of coffee capsulas and no cleaning of coffee cups Wet deck was perfect service, thank you my waiter from India,but last day i ordered a drink and a waitress came immadiately with invoice I said that i pay when i leave,maybe i like to order somthing more,her answer was that maybe i forget to pay.. Anyway,its a perfect place with perfect restaurant but between you get always the feeling that they dont know how to satisfy customers

This hotel is past its prime and still thinks it is ultra chic and luxurious. Bathroom fixtures are dated. Pool area is dated. Carpet in hallways is dated. So 1990's and so NOT 2024. Front desk staff is very friendly. Night security thinks they run the most ultra nightclub and they are in black suits in a darn hotel, nothing more. Drinks are watered down. AVOID. And it is a long walk from anything worth seeing in BCN.

Excellent service from every staff member-so helpful and friendly! Shout out to Gabriella for her kindness and interesting conversations (she is a morning server at Coya/Fire restaurants). Wet pool is hip and happening and the Sun deck is much more quiet. Noxe bar gives fantastic views over the city and has a great cocktail menu. Pricey but worth the visit. We got upgraded to a cool corner suite which was very spacious for three of us. Location is far from city centre sites but we used bike share the entire time to get around and taxi just twice. Highly recommend this hotel!

A wonderful experience in this gorgeous bar/restaurant. Great service - especial Liam (who was friendly, helpful and seriously fun). Beautiful views. An experience not to be missed.
