There was a large bug (a cricket) in our bed that we noticed after we had already unpacked. As we discovered it at night, we managed killing it ourselves, and I reported it and asked management to do some additional pest control the next day when we were out of the room. The following day I told them when we were leaving the room, but the issue was not taken care of when we came back. I reported it again and there was finally some action to clean the room but no obvious action to do any pest control or replace our sheets. They offered to move us to a new room, but we had already unpacked and settled in to the room which was otherwise great, and we did not want to waste our vacation time moving and resettling in. Other parts of our stay were good, but this was concerning.

The hotel location is wonderful. The room was spacious but the main areas are very dated. The red hallways are creepy. The staff seemed overworked and were not at all helpful. We waited forever to check in and out. A professional soccer team (Paris) was staying there the day we checked in. I gave least thinking that the staff was destructed for security reasons but it didn't it improve after they left. The location was great but I would not recommend this hotel. My brother stayed at hotel arts. Same area. Very helpful staff. Gorgeous and spacious rooms and free shuttles to the city. I would recommend the arts not hotel W

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location on the beach! We came here after being in London & Paris. This was a much friendlier hotel!! From the moment we walked into the beautiful hotel, we were greeted by such kind people! Maria L. at the reception desk was very professional & knowledgeable. She checked us in & put us in a gorgeous room with a sea view! Maria went above & beyond to accommodate our requests! She was personable & friendly! She represents the Marriott brand very well! Violetta in “Salt’ Restaurant was awesome! She was so friendly & helpful. Violetta took great care of all of us!!

this hotel need to be refreshed . the main hall looks like a disco ball . we had to wait long time to check in (not acceptable) we changed to a high level room because many noises and children from level 1-10. room service is quite good. the bar service is a disaster you wait 45 minutes to be attended. the ppols are great but too much trouble with children around. the sea front view is ok but you cannot really access to the sea you have to walk a little bit.
