Charming Luxury Lodge & Private Spa

Our stay at Hotel Charming was simply exceptional and, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip to Bariloche. The hotel's greatest asset is its staff. We would especially like to thank Daniel, Nahui, Franco, and the two team members named Agustín. Every single person we met was incredibly attentive, efficient, kind, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. It is rare to find such a consistently high level of hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate my 50th birthday—a thoughtful and elegant gesture that made us feel truly special. Every evening, we also received the next day's weather forecast along with a "Dulces Noches" message and a delicious sweet treat. These small touches perfectly reflect the hotel's attention to detail and genuine care for its guests. The breakfast deserves special recognition. It is outstanding, offering an extensive selection of high-quality products, all beautifully presented. Every morning felt like a wonderful experience in itself. Our cabin exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well equipped, featuring excellent heating, a cozy fireplace, a relaxing bathtub, a private parrilla (Argentinian barbecue), and two balconies overlooking the lake and the beach. Every detail had been carefully considered to provide maximum comfort. The hotel itself is beautiful, easily accessible, and set in a breathtaking location. It is the perfect place to relax and fully enjoy the beauty of Patagonia. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already considering returning next year, this time for a longer visit to explore the region even more. If we had to choose the highlight of our trip, Hotel Charming would certainly be at the very top of the list. Congratulations to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. 2nd time staying at this property. Beautiful views and spacious rooms. Looking forward to the new building being finished. Will have amazing views. Great restaurant and breakfast. Can walk to a couple of restaurants but need transportation to go into town. Daniel at the front desk was amazing at helping out with any needs we had. Very relaxing but it was off season and cold.

Wow, location (x3) Rooms with dry/steam/jacuzzi with lake front views, a short walk from a public beach. On property gourmet restaurant and plenty more in the area. Staff is incredible so attentive. So aptly named. We will not say goodbye, hasta luego works better

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 day stay in a huge room with shower, sauna and large jetted tub. Room is comfortable but ready for a rehab. The 55" tv was 32" and no English channels. The hot water takes forever but comes with very strong pressure. And the view = OMG WHAT A VIEW! 3 days we awoke to a beautiful, full rainbow. Great location, just far enough to be away from the busy downtown but not too far from it. Several good restaurants nearby. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Basic breakfast buffet with cooked to order omelets. Our biggest challenge was the 33 up/down stairs to our room; with the resort on a hill there are rooms that are not appropriate for aging or handicap people. They are busy building a new wing that appears to be fabulous. One year from now this resort will be even better.
