The wonderful service with a smile of Montigo
Special thank you to Pak Saran, Bli Bayu, Mas Afrinal, Ms Irma, Ms Balqis, Chef Reza, Samani, Mas Riyan, Ms Elli, FOM, and everyone from the Front Desk, to the housekeeping to the FB. Your services are the best ever! I love Montigo, not only because of the beautiful sights, beautiful scenery, but also because of the beautiful and the wonderful service. All of you never failed to make me and my family feel welcome with your smiles and hospitality. The cleanliness of the room, has made our stay is wonderful one. The efficiency of the restaurant staffs, the housekeeping staffs, has made us feel home. Thank you, thank you and thank you for making our stay a wonderful one. Perfect, staycay for the family to relax and enjoy the scenery and sea view
A great experience with a free upgrade to a sea view villa of 2 bedrooms. The 3 storeys villa with a private pool is a real treat for the staycay. Kids really love the indoor pool and all of us especially love the food at pantai restaurant. The in-villa BBQ was the real treat with a chillax time and great food. Tadds, warung, tilo restaurant were great too!

Greatly needs a revamp
This place is falling apart. The switches are malfunctioning, the mosaics in the pool are dropping out. We picked up 2 detached tiles in the pool. There are ants in the villa (plenty). There are mosquitoes everywhere. Kids got bitten as soon as they arrived in the Nongsa ferry terminal. The keycards had to be validated a few times as they didn’t work after a while. The bedroom door knob was damaged and we got locked out of the bedroom. The breakfast was not as nice as when I visited 8 years back. There were also flies over the spread. The one good thing about this resort is the people. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. We love them all.
