Great one
The facilities were excellent and the food was delicious. We did encounter an issue, but the manager came over personally and resolved it efficiently. However, there were rather few children’s activities available, and as the programme was run by just one person, they seemed reluctant to arrange outdoor activities in case they had to leave their station. For the size of the resort, the shared swimming pool felt a little small, and there didn’t appear to be a separate children’s pool. Overall, all the staff members were very friendly and courteous.xperience

Wonderful stay due to excellent service
The wonderful service by all the staff, totally worthy of five star resort. Special mention to Syukri from the Front Desk team on his exceptional service rendered during our trip. All our requests and enquiries were promptly attended to. In person, he is always beaming and makes effort to build rapport with my children and we felt so comfortable throughout our trip. In all our years of travel, Syukri is top in our family ranking of service staff.

"Aged" But Functional
Good place to get away from all the busy city hotels. Resort was built in 2012, so it looked "tired" but keeping it to the best of their ability. Got an upgrade to the premium room with a private pool. View of the room was stunning, but again because of its age, everything seems "ancient" and dated. Wifi in the villa was unbearable, played Spotify and Netflix in room was terrible but only manage to look at it on our departure day. Shower head hose was not in good condition and required fixture and it was done upon request. Overall "Compensation" was the friendly service staff and the food. Ate at the Pantai restaurant it was nice. Breakfast was alright but could be disappointing if you are expecting a 5 star buffet quality. Outdoor gym, doesn't work where there wasn't water, towel, ventilation (fans were working) and left after 20min. Overall, we enjoyed our couple's time without getting ourselves frustrated over little things (where we had to call the resort staff to fix it).

Holiday
It was a very good experience. The staff Erwin housekeeping manager were very enthusiastic and friendly and tried their best to meet the needs of customers.
