Avoid at all costs
This hotel needs to be avoided at all cost. I have to say they staff at front of house today 14/9/2026. Was by far the rudest person I have even met.

Not a welcoming experience
I was in Bath, we went into this hotel to have a look around and hopefully book lunch. Person at desk informed me not opened to the public. I felt instantly unwelcomed and judged. I did not stay as felt my money could be spent in a better more appreciated environment.

Fantastic
We stayed here for our 20th anniversary. It was like home from home! The attention to detail and the friendly staff, all in the most beautiful setting. Our room was clean and luxurious and the breakfast was incredible. Thank you for making our celebration so special.

Beautiful hotel with stellar service
Incredible experience! We started our trip in Bath and this hotel was the best we stayed at during our UK trip. The continental breakfast had a good variety and we enjoyed a dinner at their restaurant. Overall, excellent stay and highly recommend.
