Spa and Golf is great. Hotel is not. Hotel staff is friendly but rooms are tired and dated. Be aware that menus are stale and craft cocktails are ill described or deceptive. They did not have the ingredients in them as described and we were told "Oh we don't even have that ingredient" Food except breakfast was overall disappointing. Furthermore, review and question your bill. Make them really show you any credits you were due from travel benefits like AMEX. Which could not be properly identified.

A hidden gem in a beautiful venue. This OMNI property may now be my favorite. The entire experience was exceptional, from the quality of the property itself, room quality and ammenties, options for recreation and eathing/drinking. The Bedford Springs has everything you want and more. The resort and luxury feel of the property is one of the best I have experienced among resorts in the US. It is competitive internationally. The rooms are spacious and period well appointed. They are welcoming and the bedding is very comfortable. The restaurant options are such that you never want to leave the property for a meal. The large pools (one indoor and one outdoor) are perfect for those who want to swim for exercise and those who just want to relax. There are nice trails for walking, biking and off-roading. The property is beaming with history and the hotel makes that easily available to guests . I can't say enough about the property.

Spent two nights at the Omni Bedford Springs for my birthday this summer. I have always wanted to do this and it did not disappoint to say the least! I had a fantastic spa experience, long luxurious massage and hydrating pedicure. The room was cozy and comfortable with a lovely view of the surrounding woodlands and valley . Had my tea each morning on the porch outside our room in the quiet beauty of the hotel grounds. The hotel and staff are top notch. We felt appreciated and pampered during our whole stay. The food in the Crystal Room is very delicious. Some of the best we have had recently. There is much interesting history and activities to keep us just busy enough. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable time. I have recommended to many friends.
