Beautiful grounds. Excellent staff - super helpful, friendly and accomodating to your every need. The beds are very comfortable (especially loved the pillows) and it is super quiet for sleeping. This is the high priced spread. Especially good for golfers.

Too many dogs! Almost stepped in dog pool just steps away from the lobby elevator. Makes one wonder what happens in guests rooms.

The service was not very good. When arriving for our reservation for the First Ladies Tea, we waited over 10 minutes to be greeted and then waited at least another 5 minutes to be seated. I expected better food and service for the price. Our bags took a long time to arrive in our room upon check-in. The EV charger was not working when we arrived, despite having called before arrival to make sure it was working. They did not plug our car in prior to departure, despite asking them to do so.

Not worth the money to stay. The spa and restaurants we great. Golf course was OK but not worth the cost. The hotel staff was below average. Check all your charges because we were significantly over charged by the hotel and golf course. We are still disputing $1300 that was a result of double changing for rooms that were pre-paid and a golf package that was charged twice.

This is a wonderful place to enjoy a peaceful and luxurious getaway. I was worried the hotel would be too dated, but it is kept up very nicely, our King Balcony room was updated, nice and spacious. The staff are wonderful here and understand hotel hospitality, they were so sweet to my husband and I on our little baby moon. I didn’t feel like a number or dollar sign I felt like a member of their little family. Two higher end restaurants are so delicious!!!! Tavern wasn’t our favorite but it’s okay for a quick bite. Spa is wonderful. Hiking trails are so peaceful and the little town nearby is adorable with seriously the best gelato in maybe the US, nothing has compared since our visit to Italy but that little Italian store downtown.
