We stopped here for the night on a road trip from DC to Niagara. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Only wish is that we would have had a longer stay. I would book a weekend here and never leave the property. There are fire pits for s’mores, an indoor pool, corn hole, bikes, golf, hiking, outdoor pool and a spa with all the works. I hope you are greeted by Jocelyn, she offers such a warm and wonderful welcome!!

The self guided tour of the hotel was very interesting. Outdoor pool was so pretty and relaxing. Furniture throughout was old style and very comfortable. Really enjoyed our balcony and rocking chairs! Every hallway had photos from 1800’s on and seating areas had display cases about the history of the resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you use the hiking trails take the walking sticks provided in your room. Original building has a tavern where we ate dinner. Our waitress Marisa was very good. Food was good but not great. Overall we will return for another visit.

I went to my healthcare organization's annual conference. The resort was lovely; our room was comfortable and we enjoyed the grounds and shopping options. While I was there on business I have been to Bedford Springs before with my family and it is a great family-friendly resort.

Overall the trip was disappointing. The food was mediocre except for breakfast. The room was dirty and the A/C didn’t work well. The craft cocktails were not as described they “haven’t had some ingredients in years” yet have kept the same description on the menu. On the good side the spa and golf are great! The staff is very nice. Finally if you book and are promised credits- good luck. They say at check out if came off the bill in some mythical way they can’t show you.

We stayed at the Omni at Bedford Springs for our 20th Anniversary. The property is exquisitely maintained and full of history. We received a complimentary upgrade to our room by Jozeline at the front desk and we were blown away by how gorgeous the King room with spa tub was. The antique furniture and wall art are so beautiful and interesting. Every employee we encountered was so friendly and deferential. It is obvious that excellent customer service is expected at the Omni. We ate breakfast in the Crystal Room and had a great time with our waitress (it was her first day!) and the older woman shadowing her. They made us feel so special and even took our photo. The grounds are beautiful and don't miss the indoor pool! I splurged and got a pedicure and was so glad I did - I got to do the bath ritual in the large jacuzzi in the spa and also enjoyed treats in the lounge. It was heavenly! Overall, we loved the Omni and would not hesitate to come back again.
