In my judgment, Omni Bedford has poor management that cares little about customer service or even treating customers fairly and honestly. I have unresolved issues with the charges that were billed to me during my stay. It's my perception that Omni Bedford is making this issue as difficult and complicated as possible to resolve. Also, the elevator in my wing wasn't working and had been out of service for more than a month. The only options were to either use the stairs or take the service elevator, for which there were lengthy wait times; the service elevator was often filled with service people and other customers. I believe the Omni Bedford facility badly needs to be refreshed. I don't believe the state of the facility merits the prices that are charged. Activities such as archery for children were unavailable. Finally, there was debris in the exit halls that hadn't been cleaned.

Great getaway in the mountains ! Very relaxing atmosphere. A little pricey. Very well kept and nice hiking trails. Great pool areas with very good cocktails !

The Omni Bedford Springs is an absolute gem - a living piece of history with beautiful amenities, lovely staff and a charming atmosphere. Our stay around America's 250th was extra special - with touches like the 1776 pop up bar and a letterbox where guests could write America a note of gratitude. We are so grateful to Omni for keeping so many historical hotels thriving - the Homestead, Grove Park Inn, LaCosta - and Bedford Springs remains one of our favorites

An otherwise wonderful resort experience was overshadowed by an event on the front lawn outside our premium balcony room. It wasn't the event, it was the fact that the resort allowed loud karaoke until 11:30 pm preventing a good night sleep. Totally inconsiderate of the resort to allow.

Experience was fair as we were used to check out at noon and they moved it up to 11am. This is rough when attending a conference that runs till noon. Amenities were so so and the experience could use an upgrade. The front desk doesn’t really have experienced people on either as when there was an issue with our bill there was no one to help us and “allegedly” management was not available to help us.
