What makes Omni Bedford Springs my favorite is the beauty of the hotel and the surrounding area; valet is included in the price of your stay; and the customer service. Sarah Richardson does an amazing job making my stay feel special, I look forward to seeing Erin and Lisbeth at the Crystal Room, and the staff itself is friendly and professional. I will continue to keep coming back!

Fabulous.......love this resort. Impeccable and welcoming in every way. And now the dining experience is sublime!!! It was an area for improvement in the past, but the 1786 restaurant was AMAZING. Also to note, is the fabulous spa and the way they transform the Springs into a magical Christmas location. For those of us alone, they make us feel like we are truly "home for the holidays ".

This has been my third trip here and every stay has been fantastic. I just got married on December 7, and upon hearing that my husband and I were on a mini honeymoon the front desk upgraded our queen room to a king suite and threw in a free drink. The food/drinks, decor and spa are lovely. The place is full of history and we highly suggest taking the self guided audio tour. The 1976 room provided one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Thank you for making this our home away from home. We hope to return many times in the future.
