Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa

Horrendous - layout of hotel is very inconvenient; extremely long halls, up/down stairs to get to rooms, distance from one end to the other is likely 1/4 mile. One, very slow elevator to serve the entire building. Outdoor pool is too small for the size of the hotel - fills up quickly and no chairs available after 10am. Lobby and bar area are too small for size of hotel; no where to sit/talk inside. Lobby music was too loud for the size of the room - trying to speak with someone at reception is impossible as the music is so loud you can't hear the other person. No cell service and spotty wi-fi. Room was dirty - stains on curtains, chairs, hairs in shower, no turn-down service. For the price we paid, this place falls well below expectations.

Very beautiful and comfortable. The entire facility was sparkling clean. Food in the several restaurants we visited was superb. Friends reported their young kids loved the outdoor pool. Only criticism- there was just one glass; it was a single paper cup. That was it for drinking the wine we brought, brushing teeth and just having a bedside sip. What’s up with that? And there was only one robe for the two of us. We could have tried requesting proper glassware and a second robe but the staff seemed short handed.

This iconic resort seems to have good the way of other so called hi profile destinations. Prices are Barry high with average per night prices north of $500.00. The resort fee is just another way to glean more income. Sad to say, one day they may experience the fact that a sleeping room is available at other nearby locations and day guests can enjoy the grandure of the Springs.

We spend 3 nights at Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa to celebrate my birthday and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make the occasion special, surprising me with chocolate and champagne such a thoughtful touch! The pool was fantastic and renting a daybed made it even better with extra amenities that made the day feel extra indulgent and relaxing. Every interaction with staff was warm and attentive adding to the overall charm of the resort. A beautiful property, excellent service and a perfect setting for a celebration. I can’t wait to rerun !

The spa was exceptional and the grounds were spectacular, but overall service was lacking and we expected better considering the price. When checking at the advised time of 4:00 we were told our rooms would be ready in a few minutes but we had to wait over an hour until we got our keys. Housekeeping didn’t show up. The food and drink were good, but overpriced. Fortunately there are some good local restaurants that were not too far away.
