Beautiful historic property with amazing staff
We love this hotel and property. It is very historic and architecturally beautiful. Immaculately restored to reflect its history. It has many amenities and activities, and a variety of wonderful restaurants and bars. Also, a fabulous spa. And the best staff anywhere to be found (from the front desk, to the valet, bartenders, housekeeping and servers). The history tour is fascinating, as is the elegant and distinguished gentleman who gives this tour. We return time and time again because we enjoy it so much. We highly recommend.

Wonderful Time at Omni Bedford Springs
Omni Bedford Springs is a beautiful historic hotel. Our room was so pretty, not to mention very clean. Everyone we came into contact with was very friendly. Checkin and checkout were quick and easy. The servers and hosts and hostesses at Frontier Tavern and 1796 were great at their jobs. Our only disappointment is that the indoor pool was closed for repair, but we did receive an email prior to our stay letting us know. We will definitely return.

It was a great stay. The resort is beautiful and historical. I hope they never change how it looks and try to modernize it like some places do.

Very nice, but pretty expensive.
The Omni Bedford Springs is a storied destination with a lot to offer, but at a pretty high price point. The facilities are commodious and grand, the staff gracious and accommodating, and there's something, if not for everyone, certainly for most. We enjoyed the spa, especially the "bath ritual", indoor pool, and most of the restaurants and bars. All in all very enjoyable.

Awful Experience
Horrible place with awful management. Rude, uneducated staff. I would highly not recommend this place. Definantly overpriced and not worth your time or money. What is advertised is not what you get.
