It was perfect in every way!!! The hotel is beautiful, clean as a pin, the staff was friendly and the food was amazing! I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely come again!!

Beautiful historic property!
Beautiful property with a great staff. Quiet, peaceful location to relax. Wonderful grounds to stroll and a cute town close by to explore with lots of history! The Group sales team is fabulous to work with! Rachel and Maggie were extremely helpful!

Amazing Historical Hotel!
Omni Bedford Springs is one of our favorite places! The amenities, staff, food all make it an amazing, wonderful place to visit. Plus, the history of the hotel is so fascinating.

Unresolved safety issue in room
When we first checked into the room, I noticed a small orange colored pill next to the bed. I looked up what kind of pill by the number code on the pill and it was a benzo pill called klonopin. I immediately called the concierge desk and they told me to come down and bring them a picture to report. I came down with my picture and the person working the desk acted like they didn’t care or even truly needed the picture. They did nothing for me. This was very concerning as this was a huge safety issue if I would’ve had my small child or even dog with me they could’ve taken the pill without me knowing and gotten extremely sick. This shows their cleaning was not good and a huge safety issue which nobody truly seemed to care about. Other than the safety issue that was not addressed, we had a fabulous time at the spa and golf. The spa amenities were top notch and everyone was so nice and friendly there. Would highly recommend the spa!

Lovely resort
Last minute decision to stay at Bedford Springs Resort for one night on our way home and so glad we did! We arrived early evening on Memorial Day and the property was very quiet. We were upgraded to a lovely deluxe king on the historic side. Very clean and well appointed. We walked around the inside of the hotel - so much to look at. Dinner was at the tavern and was delicious. Since it was a beautiful evening we walked some more. The indoor and outdoor pools looked clean and well kept. People were sitting at the firepits and playing cornhole. Inside families were playing games in the lobby and the library. All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We will return to this lovely place.
