Oh my get away from my life! A total masterpiece to erase the tension created by outside influences on my life. The day began with a delicious breakfast where I ordered my eggs the way I like them. Coffee to go before I went to my hour long massage. Then two hours in the mineral bath after a steam bath . Cooling off in the cold shower, was the icing to a refreshing and relaxing afternoon.

We loved our couple of days here! The appearance reminded me a bit of Dirty Dancing. Beautifully kept indoors and out. Never once did an employee not smile, or stand around gossiping with co-workers. All on point at all times. We recommend the 10 am tour but be prepared for a ton of detail and over 1 hour. The archery was so fun! It was our anniversary and we found welcoming champagne and treats in our room upon arrival. Many nice touches. Enjoyed several of the restaurants. Highly recommend!

The resort is in a beautiful location with many well-maintained hiking trails. Staff were friendly. We spent most of our time walking or hiking. However, we were disappointed that the library had very few games and that no one explained there was a beautiful court to set up a croquet game. To have the game set up already would have been nice. The Crystal room dinner was overpriced and undistinguished. The other restaurants were excellent. The only black tea offered in the cafe was Lipton, exorbitantly priced. Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby should be offered along with nightly trivia contests or other entertainment to encourage guest interaction. A general lack of little perks doesn't leave one feeling inclined to recommend the resort unless you love hiking, which we do. We will not go back. Alas, our room overlooked a fire pit where a lively conversation continued until I stepped onto the balcony in my nightgown at 11 and pleased asked them to quiet down. We should have been advised when we made the reservation about noise pollution. A sign by the pit had said it would not run past ten.

My wife and I having been taking trips here for over 10 years. We decided to show our daughters this beautiful place! Everything was clean and beautiful! Our daughter loved it! She was upset when we had to leave. There was a short power outage the morning we were leaving. The indoor pool was closed. Our youngest daughter was upset, but Steph saved the day! She went out of her way and returned with a large cookie! She turned the day around for our daughter! She was amazing! I would like to give a big shout out to Don and Scott from HVAC! They are the nicest and most informative people we have ever met there! They should be placed into management positions! They have such pride in their jobs and the entire resort. They see things that relate to the guests. They were very helpful and kind. Thank you for another amazing trip! See you soon!

This hotel has little interest in helping an Icon member. Omni offers benefits but hotel will not give the benefits. Sink did not work. WiFi did not work. Business center is non existent. Parking is horrible. Valet insists on parking vehicle. I did not want them driving my vehicle. I paid $700 for one night. It was not even close to being worth that amount of money.
