Not worth the cost
Beautifully decorated. Spa treatment was good but staff need more hospitality skills. The food was just mediocre and there was a musky smell in the rooms. I have been to other Omni properties with a better experience. Not highly recommended

Grand Hotel in a Great Setting

Lovely service, restaurant and bar expensive, high pet fee
The customer service at Omni Bedford Springs is excellent, and the rooms and common areas are well maintained and very clean. We enjoy sitting with a cocktail by the fireplace in the lobby. Hiking trails are a great option, especially when traveling with a dog. Prices at the restaurants and bars are quite high for what is received. We were very disappointed to learn there was a $200 pet fee when we checked in, this was never shared with me when I called to ask about which rooms were pet-friendly; this fee was more than 50% of the room rate for a one-night stay.

from check-in "included" valet parking to front desk welcome was exceptional. The Tavern and Cyrstal room restaurants were 5-star quality service ever meals-amazing. Pool and hiking were incrediable. Can't wait to go back,
