CHAO Sanlitun Beijing

best hotel ever! the room size is huge and the bed is so comfy.the drinks and food in the bar are FREE (except for the wine). The service was excellent! The room has a free sewing kit, hair tie and even a condom (who would think about these minor details?) apart from the usual free toiletries and shower cap. They also provide a yoga mat inside the room if you want to do yoga. The robes feels luxurious. The interior is artistic and visually pleasing. I wish I could’ve stayed longer here. We ended up ordering food delivery and eating inside the room because we wanted to stay inside longer LOL. This is the best hotel in beijing so far! They even gave us a free notebook and card holder on checkout. The attention to details is on point!!I am amazed. Location wise, it is convenient. there are restaurants newrby and shopping centres are walking distance

The hotel is beautiful. Our roomy connecting room (Signature 60 + 40) has a great combination of chic decor and practical functionality for family travel. The beds are fluffy and one of the most comfortable we have slept on. Free refill from minibars help too! Breadfast is great in a semi buffet setting and good selection of food. Hotel restaurant and bar are marvelous too. First time we have stayed in the hotel but we have decided to visit Beijing again just for staying in the Chao Sanlitun already.

My second stay at CHÀO Sanlitun Beijing. Checked in yesterday evening attended by FO Jessica who given me a room that was not to my liking due to various reasons. Went down and talked to Jessica, without any question, Jessica immediately lead me to view another room which I agree to changed. Such small gesture meant a lot to me even though I was staying one night. Thank you Jessica for accommodating to my request. It’s a designed hotel with various structures and concept that tells a story. Room amenities are good and breakfast choices were kind of blend that can improve but acceptable.

We highly recommend Chao Sanlitun Beijing. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and clean with many thoughtful and great amenities. We enjoyed the choices provided for breakfast. The staff were helpful, polite and friendly. The location is good, providing choices of restaurants, and shopping centres within walking distance. We had a pleasant stay.

I could not recommend Chao more highly, this place deserves 12/10. You will not regret staying here. The rooms are beautiful, spotlessly clean, and stocked with the most thoughtful amenities and seriously luxe products. The service was warm and impeccable. The included breakfast was almost too good to be true: incredibly delicious espresso drinks made-to-order, 3 full menus of bfast entrees also made-to-order (pick as many as you want!), plus a full buffet spread including fresh fruit, pastries, and dim sum/dumplings, all delectable and ridiculously high quality. We truly looked forward to breakfast every single day. On top of it all, Chao is super conveniently located just steps away from the heart of Sanlitun and Gongti, but somehow manages to feel quiet and set apart from all of the buzz. Already can’t wait to go back.
