I had a fantastic experience at the Conrad Beijing. Manager Shirley provided excellent service and was helpful, assisting me with many issues during my stay with great efficiency, which made my trip to absolutely perfect!

Strong cigarette smoke smell in the rooms although its
We are 3 days in Conrad Beijing and changed our room twice. Absolutely annoying is the permanent smoke smell in every room we tried. Its a common problem in China because people smoke in the rooms although its not allowed. The staff is very friendly and compensated the inconvenience with chocolate, wine and fruits . The breakfast is fantastic and the lounge exceptional. I am asthmatic and a militant non smoker , so being in the room is giving me a very hard time . I will not come back here. Tomorrow we will move to the Kempinski sunrise and hope the rooms there have a better climate.

I've been a Hilton customer for several years. I must admit that this Conrad sets the bar very high: magnificent rooms, impeccable service, and a truly magnificent executive lounge. As a Diamond member, I received a superb corner room with a desk and sitting area. City view! The lounge is on the 29th floor with an incredible view.

Our Family stayed at the Conrad Beijing from April 30th until May 4th, which was overall a pleasant and fulfilling experience. Ivy, the Executive Lounge Manager and her entire Team extended a very professional and wonderful service and is certainly one of the greatest compliments to the great hotel. The Chinese Restaurant dinner was outstanding; however, the luck of English communication could use some serious attention. Unfortunately, during the Mayday Weekend, there was very little, if any, management presents visible. However, the entire Team managed very well. Fast Focused Flexible Fair FUN !!!! It has been, and continuous to be our responsibility, to fill the Earth with the Warmth and Light of Hospitality! Conrad Hilton.
