Conrad Beijing

During our 4-night stay at Conrad Beijing, Front Desk Manager Iven stood out by personally attending to every detail of our concerns. His hands-on, dedicated approach and genuine care immediately put us at ease, seamlessly resolving the issues and safeguarding the high standard of the Conrad brand. In addition, Sang, the Catering Manager at Chapter Cafe, transformed our dining experience through exceptional patience, agility, and guest-centric service. I strongly encourage hotel management to recognize and praise both Iven and Sang for their outstanding dedication!

We had a marvelous stay at the Conrad Beijing. We returned after really positive experiences from our stay last year. As Diamond reserve member we've been upgraded to a marvelous high floor Suite with exceptional views. The Conrad is beautifully allocated near Sanlitun Area. Fancy restaurants and shopping malls are within walking distance. The executive lounge is very nice. From breakfast to afternoon tea and happy hour guests are provided superior food and beverages in a sophisticated atmosphere. Staff there is very competent and efficient. Our suite was super spacious and equipped with the finest materials including washlets by Toto. From closets to living room til finest comfy beds no wish is left open for a marvelous stay. Finally STAFF: Housekeeping is doing an amazing job, Executive Lounge to bell boys: there all amazing. We had been the pleasure of being introduced to Frank Li. He is truly a wonderful manager supported us in all our requests. He lives Hospitality and the so called "Conrad Moments". As a conclusion: You can hardly find a much better place to stay in Beijing, especially if you're into comfy benefits, interior and professional processes. A clear recommendation! we will return!

Having stayed at dozens of Conrad’s around the world, this by far is the worst! I squarely put the blame on the GM and the leadership of this hotel. The staff are harried, overworked. Look unmotivated. The breakfast is a zoo…lines stretching into the lobby, mostly non guests. No priority to hotel guests. Executive lounge is one of the worst…almost everything was gone by 10 am on Saturday and poor staff and managers appeared to be helpless…it’s the whole system is broken! Sr. Management is to be blamed! Corridors and rooms smelt of cigarette smoke. Rooms are clean. Beds/linen are of Conrad standards. Bathrooms are dated but the dual shower head was nice. Whiskey bar was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a smear on an otherwise wonderful Conrad brand. Will not stay there again not recommended. Many other better places to stay in Beijing.

Stayed in early July 2026 for business. As a Hilton Diamond member, service is what makes me pick one hotel over another, and this team delivered. Excellent location if planning to visit the forbidden city, Great Wall, or going to a mall The Executive Lounge was a highlight. Nice view! Evening food took a while to come out, but the quality was very good. At breakfast, Diamond members get a separate area with exclusive dishes, a nice touch. Two misses: the pillow menu was not available when I called, and there was no TV service in the room. Still, the staff was attentive throughout and made up for it. Recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at this coffee house, largely thanks to Anna. Her service was exceptionally fast and genuine warm. It is exceptionally rare to find someone so attentive and welcoming. Not only to me but to all guests as well. She completely elevated my stay! Kindly commend her for an excellent service rendered. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to her:)
