Conrad Beijing

Checking in was somewhat challenging, even with a Mandarin speaker in our group. The process took about 30 minutes, and we were then taken to a smoke-scented room. Despite this, the staff's attitude throughout our stay was excellent. If possible, opt for an executive room, as the breakfast and evening offerings were among the best.

First time staying here. Architecture looks Gaudi inspired, like the Langham and Andaz in Xintiandi Shanghai Check in was ok, somewhat friendly, sometimes cold Standard room is slightly larger than other hotels. Tv has CNN which is good. And Byredo toiletries is a plus point Breakfast at the Chapter is unlike the typical China hotel experience, wrote a seperate review Gym is smallish but sufficient Location is at Sanlitun, which used to be hip, i heard no longer. Only 1 train stop from GuoMao area

Great Location and comfortable hotel. Breakfast staff was superb, Anna and Sang at the restaurant took very good care of us since the first day until checkout. We can’t speak Chinese but they helped our stay more convenient and enjoyable with hospitality and service mind. Great asset of the hotel. House keeping team was also fantastic, my room was flawless cleaned every day. Front desk team was nice and flexible to allow us stay a little longer in room per late flight (more comfortable for us with kid ) ✈️ we had a great stay here. Thank you team.

Beautiful / luxurious hotel. We spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and a lot remembered our name and would greet us when they saw us. The food was amazing. We enjoyed the bar and dinner at the Chinese restaurant. The hotel is older but the room was fabulous and had an amazing view. Would recommend

Everything about my stay at Conrad Beijing was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with great amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, everything was great and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would definitely recommend Conrad Beijing and would happily stay again!
