Good service. Especially in pool and executive lounge. Lounge manager Nathalie is so proactive and helpful. Room is a little old but the maintenance is good and view is awesome. Breakfast is the best part of this staycation:) Fried dumplings and beef noodle are delicious

Stayed at the Conrad Tokyo and Las Vegas in the past few months and they were great. Figured I'd give Conrad Beijing a try. 2 Stars is a bit harsh but found the service not on par with whats expected from a 5 Star hotel that caters to international travelers. If you can't speak Chinese, I'd stay elsewhere. Much of the staff speaks little to no English, including the front desk. So when minor issues kept popping up—"my room smells like cigarette smoke, can we move;" "the mini bar isnt stocked and has no cream for coffee;" I cant get connected to internet"—it was a pain to deal with. Never did solve my internet connectivity, just used hotspot for 3 nights.

The room is amazing! Andy and his team at the front desk were so Welch and very ready to give assistance where needed. The concierge team were so helpful. Food awesome, and Anna gave us a wonderful experience during the breakfast with her beautiful smile 😊

Excellent hotel with staff who go above and beyond to help. I would like to mention James at reception who helped us on our first day to get a local sim for our mobile. Being from overseas we had no connection outside the hotel. He called to check their opening hours and then got a taxi for us. I don’t remember names of people at concierge desk who helped us arrange for a car & driver to go to the Great Wall. They were all brilliant. Rooms were clean, spacious with coffee & tea facilities and plenty of mineral water for free provided daily. Restaurant has good service and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great value for money. I stayed several times at this hotel for business trips. I believe it’s one of the best 5 stars for value for money. If at the reception the staff is not the best because do not speak good English, instead the rooms are very nice, large and clean. Special note for the walk-in closet: large & spacious. I will be back for sure.
