A luxurious stay at Fairmont!
At the front desk, my Accor Platinum status was well recognized by Alison and she informed me of the benefits and upgrade I'd been given. Staff Tommy and Herro were proactive in helping me find the online delivered that I had ordered to the hotel, and bring our luggages to our room. I could speak Chinese but I am more fluent in English and they tried their best to converse in English. The room itself is very beautiful. The gold suite even had a massage chair. It was clean and well maintained. We were able to request for firmer pillows from the concierge as well.

Great stay!
Stayed here for 4 nights. We were warmly welcomed by the staff. Tommy, in particular, helped guide us to the room and helped with the suitcases. They helped us make an itinerary for the next day. The hotel is close to several other sites like restaurants, malls, public transport. The breakfast is good, freshly served. Mainly Asian but also Mediterranean dishes. Hotel is very clean, rooms are tidy and comfortable. The gym is well maintained. Great atmosphere overall, no complaints.

Beautiful renowned hotel.
Very friendly staff, beautiful hotel in a wonderful location close to Major shops. The staff were able to advise on good options to travel to the great Wall of China as well.
