Our stay at Four Seasons Beijing was truly wonderful, and we would especially like to express our gratitude to three team members who made our experience unforgettable. First, Rebecca Wang, went above and beyond throughout our stay. Her genuine care and dedication to ensuring everything was perfect made a remarkable difference. Without her, our stay would simply not have been the same. At breakfast, Ann made every morning a pleasure. Her warm smile, kindness, and exceptional service gave us something to look forward to each day. She created such a positive atmosphere that breakfast became one of the highlights of our stay. Finally, we would like to thank Zhao Yun for the outstanding care provided in our room. The attention to detail, professionalism, and personalized service were truly impressive and greatly appreciated. These three individuals are a credit to Four Seasons Beijing. Their dedication, warmth, and commitment to excellence transformed a great stay into an exceptional one. Thank you for making our visit so memorable.

The hotel is well appointed and luxurious, with excellent amenities and service. Really what a five star hotel should aspire to. Bed was super comfortable, and the room was spacious, very clean, and relaxing environment.

Spacious and comfortable suite. Bed and bath both very comfortable. Good breakfast. albeit the service is really so and nothing to write home about.

This is the best place we stayed in China. Our room was very large. I think it was a deluxe room with city view. There was a large closet at the entrance as well as a large closet in the bathroom. There was a sofa with chair area as well as a separate chair and ottoman by the window and the desk. The bathroom had two sinks. The shower was good and the huge tub with a picture window was spectacular. Of course, it took a while to figure out all the light switches and the AC. We had access to the lounge on an upper floor which was nice, but could have used more comfortable seating areas instead of tables/chairs. There was a small buffet with hors d'oeuvres and light dinner options, cocktails and wine.
