Four Seasons Hotel Beijing

We are currently here for a 3 night stay and have to say this is the nicest hotel in our trip to China so far. We received an amazing upgrade with Amex FHR and couldn't be happier. We were welcomed with a special cake and room decorations. The pool and gym facilities are clean and well maintained. We had the pleasure of meeting Greg last night in the Italian restaurant. Even though we were not dining there he took us for a tour of both the elegant restaurant on premises and even took family pics! What a great Four Seasons ambassador. We are also enjoying the executive lounge. Recommend to upgrade to Club Suite if possible.

Amazing experience! We came with our young kids and had a fabulous experience. They made sure our rooms were connecting and the requested roll away bed was set up when we arrived. The staff made sure the rooms were set up with kids robes and toiletries - and even had snacks and a welcome picture on arrival. The restaurants were great (for both kids and adults) and the staff was all incredibly helpful. Significantly cheaper rooms than most four seasons locations and yet the quality is just as good. We’d highly recommend staying here!!!

Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast and a nice area for walks along the canal behind the hotel. We arranged our trip to the a Great Wall through the hotel and had a great time with our fantastic guide, Lucy (despite the rain). Lucy was very knowledgeable and personable and made this excursion special.

Our stay at Four Seasons Beijing was truly wonderful, and we would especially like to express our gratitude to three team members who made our experience unforgettable. First, Rebecca Wang, went above and beyond throughout our stay. Her genuine care and dedication to ensuring everything was perfect made a remarkable difference. Without her, our stay would simply not have been the same. At breakfast, Ann made every morning a pleasure. Her warm smile, kindness, and exceptional service gave us something to look forward to each day. She created such a positive atmosphere that breakfast became one of the highlights of our stay. Finally, we would like to thank Zhao Yun for the outstanding care provided in our room. The attention to detail, professionalism, and personalized service were truly impressive and greatly appreciated. These three individuals are a credit to Four Seasons Beijing. Their dedication, warmth, and commitment to excellence transformed a great stay into an exceptional one. Thank you for making our visit so memorable.

The employee Qiu Ling made my experience at Four Seasons Beijing much more remarkable!
