Great location, great atmosphere and excellent services! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Jacob, Zaizai, Helin and Zhang yu who made our stay even enjoyable!

Great stay , great location and great service . The bedroom is as usual full equipped and I appreciate the small details as a mousepad or the porcelain fancy tea cups.

Amazing experience , at check in we got a complimentary upgrade to the four season suite due to booking through Amex FHR+ , so that was already a pleasant start. From the beginning staff seemed very service oriented and welcoming. Used the concierge a couple of times, for eg they helped as book a driver to the great wall and escorted us to the car the day after with pre prepared umbrellas and bottles of water, helped us with tickets to the great wall, booked us restaurant reservations, instructing our taxi drivers on where to drop us at locations We were visiting and more. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection. Rooms were cleaned twice a day and always well stocked. Small touches that were mind boggling to me which I’m not used to, for eg my mother left her glasses on the table, upon returning we found them on a four seasons branded micro fiber cloth with a hand written note near them. Shoes that were left on the floor were also neatly organized on a shoe rack that was brought specially , a long cable that I had connected to the socket was neatly folded and had a special leather cable organizer attached. These small touches that I’m not used were amazing.
