Four Seasons Hotel Beijing truly lives up to her reputation. Elegant, prestige and yet provides the comfort of a home. Wonderful experience throughout my stay. From the check-in, concierge service, breakfast, butler service, etc has been anything but remarkable. After days of sight-seeing in Beijing, always looking forward to come back to Four Seasons Hotel. Truly amazing!

I arrived in Beijing at 5am after a 10hr flight from EU with little sleep. My room was ready along with a healthy light breakfast prepared by Tommy, very much appreciated. Enabling a Power Nap before a mid morning business meeting. Day two, a simple Chinese art bookmark was left next to my turned over book. Relevant and thoughtful from Qiu Ling. Day 3, I’m shown to a table for breakfast and asked if I would like an avocado as requested the day before? In the evening I return after work to find a mouse mat - I had been getting annoyed with the glass table in the room which does not allow Apple mouse to work. Are they starting to read my mind? Thank you qui ling again. Day 4 - I slipped out for a couple of hours to the temple of heaven all enabled by Chris from the concierge desk. He sorted taxis, QR code and finally including staying on the phone until I confirmed I had the right driver. Back to my room after work to find a fridge magnet- perfect gift for my daughter who I had failed to buy a gift for when I was out earlier. Thank you Rebena, guest exp desk managerI am now convinced the team read my mind! Which leaves the question. Can they read my wife’s mind and let me know what she wants for Christmas?

The stay was great. Room was lovely, location is very safe and accessible for trips to/from the Capital Airport, and the customer service was amazing. I would like note that Charles Zhao and Luxin both provided incredible service that made my stay feel very comfortable and welcome.
