Four Seasons Hotel Beijing

My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Beijing has been outstanding from the very beginning. Even prior to arrival, the concierge team was highly responsive and proactive, assisting with multiple arrangements and making the planning process effortless. As it was my first time in China and I experienced some challenges with the local payment systems, their support was particularly valuable. The service delivered exactly the exceptional and attentive experience Four Seasons is known for. Every team member I interacted with was outstanding, always professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I would especially like to thank Leo Luo and the entire concierge team for their exceptional support. They coordinated multiple attraction tickets and arranged a Peking Duck from Si Ji Min Fu, providing thoughtful advice on timing and quality to ensure the best experience. Their attention to detail and willingness to discuss arrangements personally made everything feel seamless and very well organized. The room is spacious, comfortable and well maintained, with a refined and elegant design. The bed was very comfortable, true to Four Seasons’ reputation for excellent bedding. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning is currently in heating mode, which made the room feel warmer than expected during the night. The team was quick to explain the situation and offered alternatives, which I appreciated. Breakfast offered a good variety from the buffet, including both international and local selections, though I personally missed an à la carte option. The gym was adequate for a hotel gym, and the pool and whirlpool were relaxing. I have always enjoyed being a guest at Four Seasons and will gladly do so again in the future.

Our family recently stayed at Four Seasons Hotel Beijing, and it was truly one of the most exceptional hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was outstanding. Every member of the staff we encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely warm. What impressed us most was how attentive everyone was — they consistently paid attention to the smallest details and often offered assistance before we even had to ask. It felt as though the team could anticipate our needs, which made traveling with children especially smooth and comfortable. The room was spotless and impeccably maintained. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, and everything felt fresh, organized, and thoughtfully arranged. We are especially grateful to Ethan from the Guest Experience team for his care and attention prior to our arrival. He arranged connecting rooms for our family, which made an enormous difference for us traveling with children. The setup was perfect and clearly well coordinated. Our kids were also delighted to receive the adorable transitional tiger gifts, a thoughtful and festive touch that made our stay even more memorable. Throughout our visit, the staff demonstrated a level of hospitality that truly sets Four Seasons apart. We had a wonderful stay, and without hesitation, this will be our top choice whenever we return to Beijing. Thank you to the entire team for making our family trip so special.

Room very clean.. I've get the glasses cloth from Qiu Ling Cheng.. thank you very much... so nice and happy after I back from work...so outstanding treat from four Season Hotel staff.. keep it up!!! .. Will choose this hotel again for my next business trip in Beijing.. :)
