Four Seasons Hotel Beijing

I've stayed in many luxury hotels over the years and the Four Seasons Chaoyang has impressed me the most with its thoughtful service. Over the course of my stay the cleaning staff took the initiative to leave me extra water and snacks, even a souvenir bookmark in my book. These little touches on top of lovely, well designed furnishings and excellent breakfast set it apart. Plus I really appreciated the effort to reduce single-user plastic in the hotel room, from aluminum cans for the water to a wooden key card, it was eco-elegant

I cannot say enough good things about the Four Seasons in Beijing. This was my first time staying at a Four Seasons and I'm hooked. The staff at the hotel could not have been better. During my very short stay (just 2 nights) I received no less than 4 separate notes from different staff members - all providing an additional service. What a gracious way to express gratitude to your clients. The lounge was phenomenal. I ate dinner there both nights simply because it was too delicious to pass up. Additionally, the breakfast was incredible. A welcome relief after the horrible experience I had at my previous hotel. The gym was one of the best hotel gyms I've ever seen and the pool was beautiful and relaxing. The Four Seasons in Beijing won me over in every possible way. I could not be more impressed.

I thought my experience at the Four Seasons Hotel Beijing was world-class. Everything here from the room to the service to breakfast was amazing. Special shout out to the bartender, Ray, who gave us great drink recommendations and clearly took a lot of care with us. When I asked him to make me a drink that he had never done before, he took the time to learn how to make it and it was exceptional.

Before this stay, I thought the Four Seasons Beijing was simply another luxury hotel—comfortable, but not especially memorable. That changed because of what happened on our last night. Around 2:00 a.m., just hours before my family was scheduled to leave Beijing, I realized I had left my phone in a Didi (China’s version of Uber). Without it, continuing our trip seemed almost impossible, especially since mobile payment is essential in China. I went to the front desk hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Instead, the lobby manager, Mr. Wang, immediately took ownership of the situation. He remained calm, quickly helped me retrace what had happened, contacted Didi, and coordinated everything efficiently. Thanks to his efforts, I had my phone back within an hour, and my family was able to continue our journey as planned. Luxury hotels are everywhere. What truly sets one apart is how they respond when something goes wrong. Mr. Wang went above and beyond to make us feel supported, reassured, and genuinely cared for. Because of him, my impression of the Four Seasons Beijing changed completely. He is a wonderful ambassador for the Four Seasons brand. I have to say, China is the safest place to travel in the world

Our stay at Four Seasons Beijing was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable, and every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. During our stay, my girlfriend accidentally left her phone in a taxi on the way back to the hotel. Michael and Chris immediately stepped in, remained calm, and went above and beyond to help us track down the driver. Thanks to their persistence and professionalism, we were able to retrieve the phone and still make it to Beijing Railway Station in time to catch our train. What could have been a very stressful situation turned into a positive memory because of their dedication and kindness. We were also touched by the attention to detail from the housekeeping team. After noticing my glasses, they thoughtfully left a glasses cleaning cloth in the room, a small gesture that perfectly reflects the level of care and hospitality throughout the hotel. Four Seasons Beijing delivers luxury not only through its facilities but, more importantly, through its people. A heartfelt thank you to Michael, Chris, and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.
