Convenient location, beautiful view & what a swimming pool! Also worth a big mention is your helpful front desk staff DANIEL CHAI. He helped us with everything we needed. His english was very good & he was very effecient in handling all our queries (from finding multiple last minute guided tours, giving me directions, even assisting us with lending a ducktape/ropes for packing!). Amazing hotel, amazing staff.

Excellent stay! The location is perfect, right next to the shopping centre in the vibrant Wangfujing district and within walking distance of many major attractions. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the service was outstanding. The staff were warm, attentive, and made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely stay here again.

Tiffany, the Director of Rooms, truly went above and beyond in making our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she warmly greeted us by name, anticipated our arrival, and personally escorted us to a dedicated check-in area where we could relax with refreshments while the check-in process was completed. It was a thoughtful touch that made us feel genuinely welcomed. Throughout our stay, Tiffany’s professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were outstanding. Knowing it was our family’s first visit to Beijing, she kindly extended complimentary breakfast to one of our family members, which was greatly appreciated. What impressed us most was how attentive she remained throughout our stay—whenever she saw us around the hotel, she would always stop to greet us, check on how we were doing, and ensure everything was meeting our expectations. Her genuine hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction made our stay truly memorable. Tiffany is a tremendous asset to the hotel, and we sincerely appreciate everything she did to make our first visit to Beijing such a wonderful experience.

The central location of the property remains my choice of stay in Beijing. Also pleased with the condition of the suite we were in inspite of the property’s age. A splendid overall experience.

The hotel was very nice and some of the rooms are renovated but some were not. The room were quite old and low ceiling. The breakfast was very nice and a lot of variety
