Perfect stay with great staff, amazing resort style pool and satisfying meals. Conveniently situated to tourist areas and with access to a mall, we could not ask for anything more.

Lovely accommodation and I received a complimentary room upgrade. The rooms are spacious, clean and it's linked to a shopping mall. Perfect convenience!

We stayed for three nights - one adult and two teenagers. It was our first stop of the trip and first visit to China, and this was a great base. It was close to the forbidden city and most main sights were a 20 min didi ride away (costing maybe 20-30 CNY max). Excellent location to wander Wangfujian pedestrian strip next door and there was a Quandjude for amazing Peking duck about 250m away. Our plane arrived at 6am and I was going to book the hotel for the night before to make sure we could access our room and have a shower before heading out sightseeing. In the end I decided to save the cost. When we arrived at 8am they told us we could access the room by 10am - much earlier than 3pm check in. We were heading out on a day tour anyway but we were able to use the huge and luxurious facilities in the spa to shower and change before we went so we felt great straight off the plane. The spa, gym and pool complex were phenomenal, the best of any hotel I’ve stayed in. The gym is basically a full commercial gym with absolutely everything and the pool complex is an indoor theme park that stretches forever. Change rooms include separate gender spa and saunas. Our two bedroom family apartment was excellent and huge with fridge, washing machine, dining table and living area separating the two bedrooms. Breakfast was pretty good, huge variety and something for everyone. All in all, I highly recommend this as a family base in Beijing.

I am completely blown away and impressed by the service received from Grand Club Manager Harry. He showed exceptional customer service in helping my family with arrangements for a special trip, patiently speaking to me via phone pre-arrival and even calling me directly after his shift. We travel extensively all over the world and always stay at top level hotels. This is one of the most remarkable examples of hospitality I have ever experienced. A true professional and asset to the team.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Beijing and was particularly impressed by how attentive and personalized the service was throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, the team made a genuine effort to make me feel welcome and comfortable. One of the things I appreciated most was how seriously the hotel handled my food allergies and dietary needs. Traveling with allergies can sometimes require extra planning and can be stressful when dining at hotels, but the team at Grand Hyatt Beijing made the process remarkably easy. A very special thank you to Tiffany, Director of Rooms, for her thoughtful attention and for making sure my stay went smoothly. I would also like to recognize Executive Chef Luca, who took great care with my meals and went the extra mile to help ensure my allergy requirements were properly addressed. His professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. I also want to thank Melvin, Club Lounge Manager, and Libby, Assistant Club Lounge Manager, for their wonderful hospitality. Both were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and their efforts made the Club Lounge feel like a particularly comfortable place to relax during my stay. What impressed me most was that the service never felt routine. There was a genuine sense that the staff were paying attention to the individual guest and wanted to make the experience special. Thank you to the entire team at Grand Hyatt Beijing for a memorable stay. I truly appreciated the care and hospitality shown to me and would be very happy to return on my next visit to Beijing.
