Everything you expect of a Grand Hyatt. There is just never anything to criticise. Good check in good rooms great bed. How do you can you go wrong.

Location is perfect, do not eat/drink here!
Room is beautiful, location is spot on- shame about the food and beverage and overall service in the lounge bar- not what you expect in such a grand hotel.

Amazing location but malfunctioned air con ruined the experience.
Grateful that the hotel upgraded our reservation to a two bedroom but unfortunately one of the bedroom had a malfunctioning air conditioning. Even though we reported it during check in it was not fixed immediately until we called again at bedtime. The engineers were still in the room at 9pm trying to sort out an issue that should not exist. Apart from that, the check in was speedy, breakfast was amazing.

Older hotel but still decent
This Grand Hyatt is starting to show it's age but overall it's still decent. Rooms were large, clean, and comfortable and has all the amenities. It's located right above a huge mall so you have access to a lot of dining and shopping options. Overall the service was alright. Spent just one night here with a free night cert so overall can't complain!
