Grand Hyatt Beijing

The hotel is conveniently located and has access to a variety of food options in the mall. The staff are friendly and helpful. Transport to and from the hotel is easy to book, and often requires less than 5 minutes to get a taxi. However, traffic into and out of the hotel area may be heavy.

The location is excellent, close to Wangfuxian and Forbidden City and there is a shopping mall downstairs. The room is very big and spacious. Bed is comfortble, we had very good sleep. Power and charging points are laid out over the room, making it very convenient. The buffet breakfast is also excellent, having a good spread and catering to various needs. The staff from reception, concierge and housekeeping are very efficient, friendly and very helpful. Overall, we had an excellent stay at Grand Hyatt Beijing. Thank you.

The Grand Hyatt in Beijing would be worth the $ simply for the modern roomy & perfectly maintained accommodation. Then add in the complimentary upgrade to a small (amazingly large 2 room suite for our expectations but far from one of their best) suite for being a high points Hyatt member, a multinational breakfast buffet offering that must be indulged in, and a level of customer service that is applaudable for any level of hospitality company and we came away exceedingly impressed. Scott was an above & beyond professional when coordinating local transportation situations and efficiently & impressively resolved a lost phone problem this jet lagged guy had. Additionally every person behind the counter in the lobby whether concierge or not was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Great location. From our room we can see the palace museum. The club happy hours were great. They had oysters and Wilmington steaks!!!! The swimming pool was phenomenal.

Amazing hotel, the pool is great and very unique and the hotel restaurant was really nice !
