The Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center is the brand's first outpost in China, seamlessly blending European style and service with Chinese culture for an unforgettable experience in the heart of Beijing's diplomatic and business district. Its dynamic, modern architecture and nods to traditional design make it one of the most recognizable landmarks in the Chinese capital, which is so much more than just a 5-star hotel. The 526 guestrooms form the focal point of the Beijing Lufthansa Center, the cityâ€(TM)s premier self contained complex, comprising grade A offices, fully serviced apartments, a shopping plaza and numerous boutiques.

This hotel was just fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful, and had a very good level of English. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was exquisite. I also enjoyed dinner in the Chinese Dragon restaurant and lunch in Via Roma, and treated myself to a very good pastry from Kempinski Deli. My only issues were that the shower in my bathroom flooded into the main bathroom floor and it was difficult to prevent this - I would have preferred if the shower was within a bathtub. Also the swimming pool was cold and swim hats cost one hundred renminbi - be warned! Overall, a fantastic experience and I would recommend. Location was good too for getting to central area.

We stayed here for the second successive year, attending another conference. Beijing often feels very cold with endless concrete structures but the Kempinski is situated on the riverside, creating the perfeft setting for evening meals, drinks and walks by the river. The staff are always pleasant and there are loads of food options in and outside the hotel. I hope we return once again.

This is my 2nd review of this property. But the first time staying I the Executive Club floor and using their lounge. So I’ll focus my review on the amenities and benefits of the Executive floor experience. This upgrade is something I’d encourage you to look at. In some hotels the value of the Executive lounge is a bit dubious, but not here at the Kempinski. You have a huge lounge on Level 15 with wonderful views of the river and city. Private meeting rooms. Separate dining and lounge areas and food and drinks that really are 5 star. From breakfast to afternoon tea and evening cocktails the offerings were top notch and plentiful. With a restful area for reading or working. Recommended for any business or private traveller needing some retreat space and catering. Perfect

The hotel staff are remarkably friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. Nearby hotel also has shopping streets and kids activities at Solana within walking distance, traveling with kids made easier staying at Kempinski .
