Legendale Hotel Beijing

Hi everyone, my partner and I just checked out after a 3‑night stay, and we truly had a wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel. The service was absolutely worthy of a 5‑star rating, and we especially want to highlight Mr. Jason Zhang from the concierge team. He delivered outstanding service, so helpful, a great communicator, always enthusiastic and professional. The hotel’s location is also ideal, close to the heart of the city and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything you might need.

Stayed at this hotel after hearing the great reviews. The hotel is centrally located for visits to places of interest. The room is spacious & was good. The breakfast had both local & international spread. One thing the hotel may considering improving is the WiFi speed, as is as good as not having most of the time due to the very slow speed. On the location of this hotel to convenient store, it is quite a distance. Also, the Wangfujing street is no longer the old famous street for food & shopping as is not worth visiting as nothing much there. Overall, this is a good hotel to serve as a base for visits to places of interest.

I stayed with my sister and 9 year old daughter for a week. Those people who say the hotel needs upgrading/is dirty etc live on another planet. This hotel was very comfortable, extremely clean and the staff were always courteous and helpful. Particularly on the consierge desk, Vinson and Jason went above and beyond to help us. The spa was always very quiet, the pool slightly cold for me , but my daughter loved it. The breakfast was plentiful . The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Forbidden City. We had a room with just one king bed for the 3 of us. I was worried it would be too small for 2 adults and a child but it was fine. The only criticism I would have was that our room was very hot for the first few nights. The staff did try to help with that by opening a window and bringing us a fan. This is the only reason I don't give 5 stars.
