Amazing service from the Manor Club. Jenny, Kurt, Nicholas plus others. Fantastic service and food on the 7th floor. This is an A+ club in a fantastic hotel. We had a private guide Richard with driver Mr. Lee were arranged by the hotel. We are having the best time in Bejing. The concierge at the hotel is first rate at arranging the best guide and helping with arrangements. Such a beautiful historic city. Very lucky with the weather too. Highly recommended for a wonderful time in Bejing.

My husband and I chose to have a quick trip to Beijing to celebrate both of our birthdays and we stayed at the rosewood Beijing which is the best decision ever. It all started from the pre arrival we had with Pauling, the director of front office. Since we arrived quite late on Friday, Pauling made sure all of our preferences are noted and followed up with the team, she even pre- ordered in room dining service for us since she heard we were hungry. The arrival experience was impeccable. We were immediately recognized by the girl at the front desk and were addressed by our names. (We can’t remember her name, she might be the duty manager) Coincidentally, the room number of our room is the same as my birthday!! 907. I was of course sooo happy. But the amazing journey was just started. I was in tears when I saw our room was decorated with framed photos of our previous trip in Paris, the big bouquet of roses, the surprising video from our friends and the welcome amenities from the hotel. Pauling was the one putting all together and she personally greeted us the next day in the morning at the club lounge! We had our both days breakfast at the club on the 7th floor. The lounge manage Rose was always very friendly and welcoming to us. She remembers our morning coffee preferences and served two latte to us without evening asking. Rosewood Beijing is one of the top tier luxury hotel in Beijing not just because its facilities, brand and design. But also because of its people who cares about their guests and loves what they are doing !! All the best to Pauling, Rose and all the wonderful people! We will be back again for sure !!! We stayed at the Rosewood while visiting Beijing for a family sightseeing trip. We booked a 2 bedroom connecting suite which was perfect. The location was great and ideal for seeing all the cities major landmarks. The SPA, pool and gym were all first class. Service was first class, everyone was so polite and helpful. No complaints about the hotel or facilities and if we ever return to Beijing we would definitely stay here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After a great experience at Rosewood Guangzhou we decided to stay at Rosewood on our trip to Beijing in March. The hotel is older than the one in Guangzhou’s and located in central location. The service was of the highest standard in terms of attention of every staff in meeting our needs. Eg a lobby staff is always there to assist in ensuring that our Didi driver finds his way to our pickup. Our room was very spacious and had a full glass window view that was impressive on arrival even though the view was of massive traffic on Ring road 3. We recommend having Beijing duck in the Country Kitchen restaurant instead of looking around for the delicacy elsewhere. We had it twice. Mei Bar was also my nightly hangout for live music.
