Sadly, this resort has fallen back from where it was a year ago, the service is shoddy and there appears to be a lack of day to day management. We booked here specifically so that we could play the new La Reserve golf course, I wouldn't waste my time. I'm pretty sure that whoever is running this, is not a golfer and therefore the experience is sub par, even though the green fees are way above what the course is worth. A relatively small thing, but it has a huge outcome on your golfing experience, there's not a single distance marker on the course, not on the tee box, not on the fairway and it's not loaded on Garmin, so that's no help either!

Hotel is overall very good. We had a bad experience at the check-out (solved). We were as well pretty surprised by the lack of party atmosphere at C-beach club or anywhere. very quiet... The swimming area at the beach is not fantastic honestly

We are enjoying your property vishaka is very well viewed & nice and property is very good viewed and all the staff is good viuvear front staff is very well coming. And all the property veiu very historical of rajasthan and haryana veiu of hawelli so it very nice.

Overall a great hotel with excellent friendly staff that I would recommend to others. Ashni our room concierge was outstanding nothing was too much trouble for her and we really appreciated her organisation Shoutout to Rishi the barman at the Gin’ja bar by far the best bartender in the hotel his spicy margaritas were a big hit! The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Some areas for improvement would be the speed of service in being served drinks (exception being Gin’ja) it was not unusual to wait 30 mins, and in infinity blue we waited 40 mins! plenty of waiting staff but only one person making the drinks leads to a long wait. The cleaning of the rooms didn’t seem to include the balcony/terrace a used glass sat on ours for 2 days before I gave it to the cleaner myself. The food at c beach club needs improving it is not up to the standards of the other restaurants. It’s passable but not great. Towels round the pool need to be checked regularly I was given a towel that was so badly worn it was more hole than towel so not what you would expect from a 5* hotel.

Our room 1408 was very very comfortable the bedding especially. We were situated centrally in the complex for all your amenities. We were treated very well by Curtis he was extremely professional and most generous throughout our stay.we would also like to commend Pricilla at the beach her attention was superb .also our room maid Marie Anne who did a wonderful job in our room Noor was was most discrete and was on call daily . Also Madam France did all she could to make our holiday an enjoyable stay.
