Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort

We stayed at the Telfair with my wife and our two young children (3 months and 2 and a half years old), and I must say I did not expect such a high level of service. Beyond the fact that the Heritage Telfair is stunning, with its rooms set in lush greenery that ensures you never face your neighbours, and the breathtaking golf course, everything is designed to make life easier, even with very young children. The staff are truly attentive, as is the hotel management. We met the hotel director almost every day, as well as Chef Jean-Philippe, both of whom always had a kind word and, most importantly, wanted to make sure we were never lacking anything. This is the hallmark of a great establishment. The activities are varied and very well supervised by dedicated professionals: yoga, tai chi, fitness, kite surfing, and of course, golf. The spa is wonderful, with highly professional staff delivering excellent treatments. As the icing on the cake, you also have a personal contact at the hotel who looks after all your activity bookings, baby equipment requests, restaurant reservations, and so on. We will definitely return next year without hesitation. I highly recommend it. PS: The Kids Club at Awali is simply incredible, with a level of professionalism I have never seen in other luxury resorts. A special mention to Ketty, who welcomed us with our two children. The team are true professionals, they ask about allergies, feeding times, nappies, usual activities, and so on. Truly impressive. The resort should definitely put more promotional focus on the Kids Club, which is of rare quality and a real source of reassurance for parents, simply priceless.

The facilities, the rooms, the restaurants. Everything is incredible. But we must highlight the friendliness of the staff. The cleaning staff, waiters, guest assistants, and reception are incredible. The truth is that everyone not only makes sure everything is in perfect condition, but also treats guests with exquisite care. Without a doubt, one of the best places we've stayed.

We are currently on holiday in beautiful Mauritius 🇲🇺 😍, staying at Heritage Le Telfair. A truly wonderful and luxurious 5 star hotel that sits next to the Indian Ocean. We arrived to a truly breathtaking view of blue skies, sun and sea along with the warm and welcoming smiles of the hotel staff. The delightful reception staff, Melvin - our charming, fun and highly knowledgeable resort host and guide, (the kind and calm) Ze Paul at the Adult only poolside bar and many, many other waiters and staff that keep Le Telfair so very beautiful. We have felt so relaxed, at ease and at home here in paradise. Waking to the sound of the Indian Ocean is invigorating and inspiring. Dipping into heated and peaceful pools first thing in the morning or at night is blissful. The many choices of high standard restaurants are a real treat, with great variety and interest. We have enjoyed high quality music in the evenings, which is also varied but we can also enjoy the tranquil view of our beachside, adult only suite any time of the day with a coffee or lunch brought round to our room, or a beer or cocktail while watching sundown. A truly magical place ✨️ 💛 💖 where we feel grateful every day for all that we get to enjoy here. We will recommend to our friends and family and everyone who wishes to enjoy a truly special time in their lives. Thank you to the wonderful team...making incredible things happen here every day. We are looking forward to enjoying our last 4 nights here: hiring a car through Hertz/ Kuoni; enjoying yoga onsite, fishing, glass bottom boat, cycling, dining at The Château and relaxing by the beach and poolside.

Mein Aufenthalt im Le Telfair war in jeder Hinsicht einzigartig. Das Empfangspersonal, der Concierge-Service, das Personal in den vielen Restaurants und Bars waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer da, wenn man Hilfe gebraucht hat. Die Qualität des Essens und die Auswahl der Weine in den verschiedenen Restaurants waren in jeder Hinsicht "on the top". In diesem Hotel gibt es wahrlich nichts, was auch nur irgendwie annähernd negativ aufgefallen wäre. My stay at Le Telfair was unique in every way. The reception staff, the concierge service, and the staff in the restaurants and bars were friendly, helpful, and always there when you needed assistance. The quality of the food and the selection of wines in the various restaurants were top in every respect. There is truly nothing about this hotel that could be considered even remotely negative.

We really enjoyed Our holiday with Our kids in yoür resort amazing staffs all around, the meals were fantastic and we wish to extend our stay but we need to also resume work. Special thanks to Spicy and Kevin at the pool bar, they were amazing. Hope Meeting them next year when we return. My children are missing spicy already she Was their best friend in the resort very chatty and friendly.
