Not even 4 star hotel
Stayed here 10th August while attending an event in Belfast. First impression was good but on closer inspection not great. Lift floor was dirty, bath in room was stained, inside of cupboards had coffee stains. As only staying one night just decided to live with it. Breakfast took 40 minutes to arrive about observing a number of guests having problems with their orders when cooked breakfast arrived the bread was burned, the egg under cooked and all cold. Could not eat anything but as we were going for a train decided not point complaining. Definitely not even a 4 star hotel and will not revisit.

Super service
Fab service from Ross in the bar. We started with cocktails 2 for 1 and then some fizz. Lovely nibbles and lovely atmosphere

From the moment we pulled up outside the service and friendliness of the staff was impeccable. The hotel was beautifully decorated and there was lots of areas to sit and relax. There was a singer in the bar that evening and the atmosphere was great and the cocktails were even better We stayed on the ninth floor. It was so quiet we had a great night sleep as the bed was so comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was 10 out of 10 and the decor was stunning. For city Centre five star stay I would highly recommend this hotel and that is on personal experience of staying in other five star city Centre hotels.

Love this hotel
A group of decided to head to Belfast for the weekend and we managed to a good deal on this hotel. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and so close to all the shops. We were all pleased with our rooms and the staff were great. The bar staff were very friendly and good at recommendations on what we should drink and the best places to eat and have a good night out. The beds were so comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel

Very enjoyable stay in the Fitzwilliam, perfect location for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and courteous. We stayed in one of the corner rooms which was very comfortable with a great view of the city. Would be 100% happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.
