Stay at the Fitzwilliam Hotel if you want fine whiskey, exceptional service, and warm hospitality.
Our first night in Belfast and Ross in the Fitzwilliam Lounge was exceptional. His knowledge of not only the best whiskey to try, but the local attractions, and the history of the city made us feel warm and excited about our stay in this beautiful hotel, and our visit to the amazing city of Belfast. Thank you for your service and hospitality!

Very good hotel close to the city center and other services. The hotel is located close to the city center, offering many restaurants and service. Our room was big enough for 2 people, with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was spacious as well and clean. The hotel has a valet parking available, but you need to reserve it in advance due to the limited space. However the HOTEL is very close to a large parking area newly built, so you can put your car there as well. The hotel offers a good breakfast served inside their restaurant with a large buffet and a menu. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay

Lovely hotel let down by housekeeping
The staff we spoke to were all lovely but the hotel is let down by its lack of attention to detail. The food is really good but the housekeeping was erratic - each day there was something missing (shower gel, bath mat, tea bags…) and the cleaning could be improved (there were areas in the bathroom that hadn’t been touched for months). The cupboard doors were all very scratched and dented which makes everything look shabby. It’s a shame, as the staff are being let down by the detail.

Great hotel in a great location
First time in Belfast and the Fitzwilliam Hotel made the trip, from arriving to leaving the experience was excellent. The room and facilities were 5 star as were the staff throughout the hotel. It's location was ideal to explore belfast and it's many sights on foot.

Great Location and Hotel
Welcoming entrance and friendly staff. Nice clean Hotel and rooms kept in lovely condition. Lovely bar area for drinks.

Very enjoyable stay in the Fitzwilliam, perfect location for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and courteous. We stayed in one of the corner rooms which was very comfortable with a great view of the city. Would be 100% happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.
