About the Hotel
Since 1873, The Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni has been one of most elegant hotels in the Lake Como area and the only 5-star deluxe hotel in Bellagio. From April to October, the salons and the large lakeside garden offer guests the chance to enjoy a holiday far from the madding crowd and close to nature immersed in one of the most beautiful panoramas in the world. Bellissima Vacanza !
My wife and I wish to send our sincerest gratitude to all at this exceptional hotel ,on our recent 4 day stay in Room 307 …what a view ! It surpassed even our exacting standards ( Ooooh! ) ,meaning ….would we return?. In a heartbeat. Utter professionalism with genuine warmth …valets ,chambermaids ,pool attendants and the security guards in the gate hut ,everyone,always a friendly wave and smile. These things make the difference . Book the Serbelloni!!
The hotel is absolutely beautiful and spotless. The staff are welcoming and highly accommodating. We enjoyed getting to know Alessandro, Illian, Kyrylo and Kevin in the lounge. They all went out of their way to make our vacation fun and memorable! Would recommend!!

A very special return visit
What a beautiful morning, enjoying drinks at the hotel where we had our wedding reception 19 years ago. !! Such a special place, filled with so many wonderful Memories. A very special thank you to Alessandro for showing us his amazing Gin Experience that he created himself and taking the time to give us a tour around the hotel. It was incredibly kind of him to spend so much time with us and make our visit even more special. Alessandro is a real credit to the hotel, and we truly appreciated his warmth, knowledge and hospitality. Thank you so much for making our return visit one we'll always remember. We can’t wait to return again soon!!

Had the greatest night here with Kevin and Kirill in the hall/ at the piano bar. They were so kind, so helpful, and really made our trip! Seriously recommend to all!!

Experience old Lake Como luxury
Been going to GHVS for years. My wife and I just got back from another great week there. The upgrades to the pool and beach area are great, the bar staff is amazing, the concierge service is impeccable (they even arranged quick medical service when someone on our group had a small injury). The food is always great. And the views (see pic)! This is the very best hotel to get that traditional Lake Como experience. Even if Bellagio gets crowded, the grounds of GHVS are a peaceful sanctuary.
