Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni

Our 4 day visit to Bellagio was everything we hoped for and more. The Villa Serbelloni is in a fantastic location, you can walk everywhere, and it's a few steps to the ferry, as well as offering their own private dock. Our room with a balcony was spectacular, and the staff, especially the concierge staff, all outstanding. The breakfast room is jaw dropping gorgeous, breakfast included is a nice touch. The weather didn't cooperate for two days, so we enjoyed massages and a facial in the gorgeous new spa, Luce Del Lago. The therapists were all superb, and Serena was so helpful in booking our treatments. The services were beyond expectations and I will definitely visit the spa again upon returning to Bellagio. The hotel is expensive, but definitely a 5 star property with 5 star service. We could not have encountered nicer people. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

This review is specifically about the hotel's outdoor bar overlooking Lake Como, which we visited every day for a week because it is so beautiful and pleasant. We had excellent service from all the staff, particularly Daniele, Kevin, Tatiana and Benjamin. The snacks that come with the cocktails are excellent. Everyone is warm and friendly and have welcomed us to Bellagio. We feel very lucky to have found this spot.

Absolute luxury. Tremendous property with excellent location, views, very close to ferries. Amenities are top notch and service is impeccable.

Not impressed with service. Front desk staff was fantastic on checkin, Igor at La Goletta was very helpful, the views are absolutely beautiful, but for the room price, the service levels and amenities need to be addressed. We expect to pay a little more, 8 eu for a bottle of water is one thing, but is it too much to ask to have an iron or clothes steamer in the room? When calling house keeping, was told they would iron clothes for us at a charge, but have to give 24 hrs in advance and no, they do not have steamer or iron they can bring to our room. We just spent a wonderful few nights in mallorca at the Four Seasons. Not only were staff there pleasant and accommodating, they actively sought out how they could make your stay better. I don’t get the feeling the Grand Hotel Bellagio really cares if you have a good stay. The scenery is spectacular, but I would recommend finding another hotel or even just visiting the city for a day or two. Water fairy service/taxis in the golden triangle provide easy access to the wonderful towns in the area. Very disappointed.

We don’t usually write reviews but we had an amazing experience at Villa Serbelloni in Bellagio Lake Como. We were greeted by the most wonderful man who immediately treated us like family. He went as far as a tour of the hotel along with-great bits of history. If you ever go to this hotel…ask for Alessandro. He also makes one of a kind cocktails that you will enjoy immensely.
