We had such an incredible experience during our stay. Alessandro, and the entire bar staff made every evening feel special. Their hospitality was truly superb, with his homemade liquor, warm, attentive, welcoming, and effortlessly professional. The drinks were absolutely amazing and honestly unmatched. You can tell there’s so much care and passion behind every cocktail and interaction. The concierge team was also fantastic and made everything feel seamless and thoughtful throughout our stay. Even though the weather was absolutely terrible, we ended up embracing a full staycation at the property and honestly could not have imagined a better place to do it. Galletta Restaurant was grand — the oysters were hands down the best I’ve ever had and 100% worth the splurge. The entire experience felt luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable. Thank you all for making our time here so memorable. We already can’t wait to come back.

My dad and I spent about four hours on the terrace bar looking over the lake. We did not stay in the hotel but ended up enjoying it so much if we went back the same day to the restaurant for dinner. The staff was as lovely as the lake. Specifically Daniele and Maddalena were excellent. Within about ten minutes of being there, I could tell how much they both enjoyed their work and how much pride they took in it. The views were spectacular, the drinks and food were great, but really the experience in general is what was so outstanding. After lunch and some drinks, we explored the hotel which was also spectacular. A one of a kind clearly 5 star hotel. we took a walk beyond the terrace along the water in the hotels private Lakeside area. It is so quiet and beautiful. This part was a hidden gem of experience. I would recommend any of my friends to come to the terrace or restaurant, even if the price point of the hotel is too high, the terrace and exploring the hotel a bit is very approachable.

Very good location. Very elegant rooms. The food and service for breakfast is outstanding. The service in the front desk is worthless. We arrived like around noon and the they told us the room was not available that we needed to wait until 3 pm and then we the later learned the hotel was empty. Despite being a 5 start hotel the service in the rooms was not up to grade. At $1000.00 a night I expected a much better service. Would never recommend this hotel.

Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni is something that only dreams are made of. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were transported to a time where holidays were true vacations. We were treated like guests of a palatial estate yet it felt like a comfortable home. This hotel is absolutely stunning. The history. The beauty. The views. All breathtaking. The staff is beyond amazing. They take great pride in the Villa. They take great pride in making sure our every need was met. We got to know so many of the wonderful people who have worked at the Villa for countless years. Alessandro, the bar manager, is one of these special people, whom we will remember and cherish for a life time. He is one of the many reasons we will be returning as soon as life allows. Moreover, the cocktails and food are exceptional. There are so many beautiful places to sit, relax, and enjoy an aperitif. You must try the Commoncello. The bar menu is a beautiful collection of unique and memorable options. If you have the opportunity to enjoy a meal at Mistral, do not hesitate. It will change your life. Take the time to wander around the beautiful grounds. Take the time to talk with the wonderful staff. Take the time to breathe in the air as the Villa takes you back to a simpler yet luxurious time.

Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni is an oldfashioned, wonderfully preserved hotel, with all modern amenities, excellently managed. The whole staff does their utmost to make you comfortable and arrange everything to your satisfaction, also for making special reservations at restaurants, boat trips on the lake, taxi trips to the airport. All is done with Italian charm and quiet efficiency. Two superb swimming pools are at your disposal, a gorgeous breakfast room, a fitness, beauty treatment centre, etc etc, and of course a bar and lounge where dangerously well-prepared drinks await. Wherever you look, the rooms and halls are charmingly decorated with paintings, sculptures, old prints, lovely furniture, beautiful flowers. As a bonus, outside the hotel you can walk around in the village of Bellagio with various interesting shops and restaurants. In one word, we can say BRAVO to the Villa Serbelloni! Hendrik P.
