About the Hotel
Since 1873, The Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni has been one of most elegant hotels in the Lake Como area and the only 5-star deluxe hotel in Bellagio. From April to October, the salons and the large lakeside garden offer guests the chance to enjoy a holiday far from the madding crowd and close to nature immersed in one of the most beautiful panoramas in the world. Lovers of peace and quiet can alternate the pleasure of a poolside drink with beauty treatments and programs at Villa Serbelloni SPA, the hotel's own beauty farm. Or they can set off from the private dock for a motorboat trip to the historic gardens along the lake which, in Springtime, attract tourists from all over the world: especially for the wonderful flowering of the azaleas. For those enjoying sports, they can take advantage of the hotel gym, squash & tennis courts, a variety of water sports, or enjoy delightful walks or take a mountain bike out on the Bellagio promontory, before freshening up in the swimming pool overlooking the lake.

Great experience would visit again but would pack my own iron!
Great place! My only issue is they do not have irons or steamers available so you mst send your things out for pressure 25 Euros per shirt to look neat. ( 72 hour lead time) Excessive!

Must Try in Bellagio
This is our second trip to Villa Serbelloni and the service, food and accommodations never disappoint. Alessandro and the bar staff continue to creat innovative cocktails and experiences. The Comochello Sour was so good as was the gin and tonic tasting. Being at this hotel just feels like home.

Jewel on the Lake!
Recommended for service, location to Bellagio ( literally steps away) , beauty and food. All applied to our first visit. Note, first visit! Lake view room was large and accommodating for the two of us. Overlooked carport, pool, lake. Stunning views and while maybe lucky on noise level, see if they have lake views off to the side. We did not eat in Michelin restaurant but twice in more casual restaurant on lower level. Pastas were phenomenal. Better than all was I had to fly 4,000 miles to find a Ukrainian bar tender in the comfy bar area that knew how to properly make a Sazerac cocktail. PERFECTO! Well done young man. The breakfast food and staff were incredible. What a morning breakfast and enough that we skipped lunch! Staff is plentiful and VERY HELPFUL. In particular, the concierge desk is the best I have encountered in my 6* years of traveling. Ahead of the trip and during they are on top of EVERY detail! Really impressed with this group. All you need when you visit Bellagio. Top shelf.

Alessandro is the MAN!
We had the most amazing experience at the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni for our 35th wedding anniversary. The staff was very helpful and attentive to helping us have the trip of a lifetime. Special thanks to Alessandro who runs the bar. He was so impressive with his amazing cocktails (the 1873 is one of a kind) and all the great conversations. 5 star service in a beautiful location
My husband and I recently enjoyed a 4 night stay at this lovely villa perfectly situated in beautiful Bellagio. We had a deluxe room with plenty of space and a lovey balcony overlooking the lake. The pool and the American Bar are fabulous, but the true attraction is the incredible staff of the villa. Every single person we encountered, from concierge to housekeeper was friendly, respectful, helpful and polite. The consistency of service is nothing short of remarkable. Special thanks to our bartenders who crafted amazing cocktails while offering lots of suggestions for things to do. I highly recommend this beautiful property!
