Top notch service
The staff in the hotel lobby lounge are excellent. I am there often and each time they provide courteous, efficient customer service. Rafa and Juan make superb martinis for me, Emily provides kind and cheerful attention to whatever I need, Arun and Leland make certain the customer’s physical comfort is satisfied.

Amazing stay!
Great stay! We love the tennis courts and lap pool! The front desk team member, Effie, did a great job accommodating us during check in. She was very friendly & welcoming! Food and drinks were good and waitstaff were great! They worked hard to serve us food as there were a lot of people at the resort! Have been here multiple times this year with the family and will be back soon!

Excellent stay at the Claremont
We had a fantastic stay at the Claremont. There was a mixup with our room and thanks to Effie at the front desk we were upgraded to a much nicer space. The staff were incredibly kind and checked in with us several times during our stay. We had great meals at Limewood and enjoyed the pool and gym. We highly recommend the Claremont.

Simply the BEST
A big thank you to Makiva and Effie for being simply the BEST and making my stay so special. Every February and August my sister and I visit the Claremont to celebrate our birthdays. We our never disappointed, the property is so beautiful and upscale but not uptight! The staff is warm, friendly, and professional..treat yourself and visit this GEM..you’ll love it’ Thank you!

Great getaway spot!
Great place for a quick getaway! Check in was quick. Rooms were nice. Club amenities is a plus! Effie was very friendly & helpful. A pleasure to interact with!
