Loss of wallet led to friend
Effie was lovely!!! I lost my wallet and she was very diligent and empathetic when helping me find it. We didn’t end up finding it but she made the experience much more bearable and less stressful for sure.

When I’m back in the area, I will stay at Claremont Resort & Club because of Effie - a front desk associate who saved the day when my flight home got cancelled and I had to add another night unexpectedly. She’s a keeper and a reason I’ll keep coming back!
