Reviews for Claremont Resort & Club

Lots of extra charges

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 17 hours ago

$57 per day for resort fee + tax. $10 per day internet fee (even though internet is advertised as free). $35 per day parking. Nice hotel. Great gym facilities. But why all the unnecessary extra charges? If charging $57 per day for resort fee then parking and internet should be included. Tip - Use Amex Platinum for at least some “free” upgrades and credits.

Fabulous Experience!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

Nicci Spiteri was so incredible to work with! Our team stayed last June, and the coordination was a bit tricky with the last coordinator, but it was so seamless working with Nicci! Overall, our team enjoyed the experience and we didn't have to worry about any issues arising... all thanks to Nicci!

Outstanding service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

The Claremont is simply superb. I was assisted today by a very processional assistant, Effie! She made checking in and getting my room organized at the front desk a pleasant experience.

GREAT OLD HOTEL

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

We just got through spending nearly a week at the hotel. We got off to a bumpy start at check-in. I won’t detail the specifics but the hotel did their best to correct the problems. I attribute the problem to a single employee and not a reflection of the hotel or its staff. We enjoyed the Limestone restaurant each morning and experienced especially great service from Chris. This is an old hotel with lots of character. The views are spectacular and the hotel has lots of charm. I very much appreciated the hotel’s efforts to get past our problems at check-in. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent poolside hospitality

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

We had lunch by the pool at Bayview right after check-in and the hospitality was a really wonderful surprise. Thank you to Marcello for welcoming us with his menu knowledge and warm interaction.
