re Effie on 10/4/26: I want to give special recognition to the front desk employee who helped me change my room from a one-bed room to a two-bed room. From the moment I explained what I needed, she was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She handled the entire room change with such attention to detail and made sure everything was taken care of properly. She was professional while also being genuinely warm and caring, which made a big difference in my experience as a guest. It is clear that she takes pride in her work and truly cares about making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. She went above and beyond, and I hope management recognizes what a valuable employee she is. Excellent customer service like hers deserves to be acknowledged and appreciated.

We had a lovely stay! What a grand hotel, loved the old fashioned charm. Our room was big and spacious, and clean. The Club was the biggest highlight, especially for my college boys. The only thing is our room did not have a view, so definitely try to get a Bay view if possible!!

Effie provided such kind service and the view is incredible, what more could I ask for? Effie also provided a killer bánh mi recommendation. I will update my review and add perspective on my experience as I stay, but great start!
