Effie made the stay amazing!! From greeting us with such warmth and joy during check-in, to answering all our kids’ questions with curiosity and humor (Do you have mini-golf? Do you have a Rubik’s cube timer?). Effie really made the stay special. The hotel was immaculate - historic and antique and amazing spotless, well-maintained and clean. Poolside deck chairs need a little sprucing up and we were a bit disappointed that there was no weekday poolside service even over a holiday stay (23/24 Dec). It was still an amazing stay though, we will be back!

Effie is the best Christmas gift. At reception she made all our dreams come true. This is our fourth Christmas here and it gets better every time. Thank you Effie 💜

My visit to The Claremont was an amazing experience. I’ve always wanted to visit, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I stopped by the bar and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The bartender, Juan, was outstanding—very friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. He offered great recommendations on both drinks and food, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely return, including staying at the hotel in the future. I also want to recognize Emily, who was equally wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and consistently checked in to make sure everything was okay, always with a welcoming smile. Overall, I highly recommend checking this place out.

I had a wonderful stay at this property & can't wait to return. I really enjoyed their dog menu & how much the property celebrates dogs. I stay at many hotels that seem to tolerate dogs, but the Claremont really goes out of their way to make our furry friends welcome. I also really loved the hotel's tea service - the room tea takes place in is absolutely stunning and the china they used for tea service was beautiful - l thought it was Dior at first, but it's much more reasonably priced and I ended up buying a set for myself at home! Can't wait to visit again soon -

Even though we live less than a half an hour away from the Claremont, we have been coming here for years to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. From the moment we pull into the parking, we feel special--as if we have arrived at our dream home away from home. Everyone on the staff is always welcoming and helpful. We were fortunate to be greeted by Jonas at the check-in desk. He is extremely helpful and always finds a room that pleases my wife. On past occasions, she usually opted for a room with a view. During our recent stay, we wanted extra space, and Jonas located the perfect junior suite for us. Although we did not take advantage of the pool and gym during this stay, in the past, those amenities turn our stay into a mini-vacation.
