Not Going Back
The parking system is messed up. Immediately request to have them bill your room bcuz the separate app the parking group wants you to use is an utter nightmare. It’s billed as a 5-Star Hotel but I have to rank it as 3 Star. The place—especially carpets to the room needs upgrading.

Nice Staff Beautiful Hotel
Stayed at the Claremont Resort for a business trip. The hotel was beautiful the staff were nice and well trained, and the rooms were clean! I travel to northern california frequently and this is my new favorite hotel to stay at!

All It is Known For, Amazing! But A/C Not Adequate and Needs an Overhaul
Amazing property and amenities. Service and staff are excellent. Truly lives up to its reputation. A/C is not equipped for unexpectedly hot bay area days and my room was in the 80s and high 70s even throughout the night. Parking app is problematic and glitchy, but staff resolved quickly.

A big, grand hotel, overpriced for what it offers, especially if you don’t use the Spa and pool facilities.

A wonderful, peaceful stay. Vacation right in my backyard!
Everything was great! Location, atmosphere, food, service, cleanliness, etc. No complaints! And I'm only an hour away from here, so I will be back when I need a quick getaway!
