Great hotel in Mitte area of Berlin
Very nice hotel in the centre of Berlin. I liked that we could walk to so many things such as the Mall of Berlin, Potsdamer Platz, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate, and so many other sites of interest. Stayed here for four nights. The hotel is immaculate and the staff were so helpful. Had a couple of great drinks in the hotel bar. Ate breakfast every morning at their Vox restaurant which was simply some of the best food you can get with amazing pastries, cheeses, etc.

The staff were all amazing, kind, generous with their time, and helpful. They were responsive and quick to guide me in the right direction and answer any question I had. Lovely hotel with so many benefits and central to Berlin’s sights and things to see & do! I cannot wait to visit again and stay here!

Do not believe the view offered!
The pictures of rooms with City view are not fully accurate, if we stood to the left of our window and looked to the right we could see some city view, but overall we saw WALLS and more WALLS. Rip off paying extra per night for this. They caught us this time!

Excellent quality stay in the heart of Berlin
Everything was great with the room and spa (only used the sauna). But there was confusion about using the sauna on the day of checkout (if you checkout first, you have to pay 20 or 40 euros according to two different members of staff). So I had to bring my suitcase to the spa to use it between checking out and leaving for the airport. And at breakfast, my eggs on toast took 30 minutes and my waffles order was either forgotten, or took 40 minutes.

Location, Restaurant and hotel top, we have a lunch in the VOX restaurant and their Sushi proposal are done by a competent Japanese master. We recommend. Regards Bruno
