Grand Hyatt Berlin

Wonderful location and my "Berlin home". I enjoy the calm, clean rooms. The staff are always helpful. If the price is not too high, this hotel is always my first choice.

I always stay in Grand Hyatt Berlin because it is across the street from Berlin Philharmonic... Grand Hyatt should offer a music concert package which includes one night stay, dinner and after concert drink, plus concert ticket

Major contributing factor to enjoying our week in Berlin - breakfast buffet is top 5 for me in terms of quality of food, allergy management was brilliant. Pool and facilities never felt crowded even on Saturday when hotel was full. Would stay again anytime. Vox also an excellent restaurant and destination I it’s own right

Stayed for a week. 2 adults, 2 teens. We had 2 separate rooms. Rooms were massive! Clean & super comfy bed. Breakfast was good & varied. Some item like omelette or hot drinks you ordered with a waiter, service was sometimes a little slow but it was a busy time of year so to be expected. Pool was lovely, had a pool bar that sold fizzy or alcohol drinks. Quite expensive but don’t have to use it. We ate one night in their VOX restaurant, food was so good & waiter was lovely, fussy teens but he handled all in his stride. Hotel itself was well located for the U & S line trains, we used them most days. You can walk to most historic sites within 15-20 mins. We used bolt a few times as temps were 30+ when we were there

Fantastic hotel, well located and excellent service and breakfast. The staff really catered for us and made us feel welcome. They were flexible with check in too as my flight was delayed. The hotel is extremely clean and well presented. Rooms and corridors are very well sound insulated (other than the street). The bathrooms have a strange layout, and the light switched are very confusing. Overall an excellent stay and recommend. The train station is also very close by.
