Excellent hotel
The Grand Hyatt Berlin is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was spacious, immaculate and exceptionally quiet, making it a really pleasant place to stay. The Reception team are friendly and welcoming and Housekeeping do a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

Good hotel, great spa, convenient location
We had great stay in mid-September at the Grand Hyatt. The generously sized room was comfy (bed is a little too firm) and our view was of the pedestrian street below. We really liked the spa and the ability to walk in our hotel robes straight to the sauna/steam room/pool. The elevator to the spa was out so the last floor required a a set of stairs. Service was mostly excellent aside from one spa clerk who wouldn’t provide a robe to my wife and made her go back to her room to get her robe (meanwhile I was given a robe by someone else minutes earlier). Breakfast was pricey but we found our room service breakfast to be very generous and tasty. The public transportation options are excellent and it is easy to get there from the airport on the FEX train. We also took buses and rode the S & U Bahn.

Do not expect your reservation to be honored
They overbook and left two young girls ready to run a marathon without a room. The room had been booked a year in advance. This is completely unacceptable!!!
