Hilton Berlin

We initially had a family break planned and younger child meet us in Berlin, so we booked a jnr suite room, with club access Clean, nice views and interesting seeing the snow fall and settle on the ground, and a bit more snow. Exec lounge not a lot in, small food selection, but this was suitable for us. I am sure only having equipmented the room for two of the three was a temp error and fixed with no issues. In fact any small issues, the hotel fixed, it was really great. The youngest sleept on the sofa bed in the lounge area of the suit, while us old folks had a separate bedroom. Would we return yes. In fact the day we checked out, we checked back in, due to Berlin Airport closing in the afternoon and that is a different storey. We are still here and may do an update for the next booking. Everyone speaks English, before you open your mouth to say anything which is great. The questionair sent to Hilton hinders guests, is in German, just saying. The hotel, is central and you can walk to loads of places, even in the snow c Please enjoy this hotel. Some upgrade works going on, in bedrooms, main entrance and swimming pool. The later two are short lived, with the pool being back in use in a few days.

We did not expect to love this hotel as much as we did! The central location was perfect for walkability and our view from the junior suite was excellent. Everyone on staff was very welcoming, and we barely had to wait 5 minutes for the requested foldaway bed. Outstanding service all around; I plan to return for a full week to take full advantage of this terrific city. The decor was stylish and we felt the breakfast buffet was one of the best out of all the Hilton properties we have stayed at. I enjoyed the ease of buying snacks and drinks in the lobby as needed (we were there during a stifling heat wave) and there was plenty to choose from. Very nice high-end experience for us.

The hotel is in a great location and it’s an interesting hotel with nice rooms. My bathroom was not clean and there was some mold. Also, additionally, there is construction going on which they did not disclose on their website which I think is incredibly unfair. On the night I came to the lobby There was a section that was Locked off with tarps that were hanging from the ceiling. That was just really not a pretty thing to look at right in front of the reception. On my last day, they finally removed it. There is incredible noise coming from the fifth floor as they are drilling and scraping and dropping heavy things. There are also workers that are smoking around that floor, which I have witnessed personally. The service channel is great, there is not a business center but if you need help with printing, they will help you do that. I hadn’t brought my laptop, which was a huge mistake and they do not have computer computers nor the day offer to rent or provide any laptops.

Wonderful hotel with 5star staff. Thank you so much. We booked a Family Suite and received an upgrade to an Executive Suite which made our short trip extra special BUT we were one the 6th floor and to my shock the windows don't lock or have child safe latches. My son was on the windowsill looking out. I checked and realized they open wide like a door. Id hate for an awful tragedy so Hilton...please fix this or don't allow families in this room. This isn't allowed in the UK so many parents won't even consider it.

Myself & my adult daughters have just returned from this fabulous hotel. We booked a deluxe twin room for 3 & on entering the room there were only 2 beds. This was rectified extremely quickly by the very efficient Elena at reception without hesitation, Elena also sent treats to our room for the inconvenience. The rooms were very nice & very spacious. The shower was great and was cleaned thoroughly daily. The hotel has a lovely pool & a well equipped gym with Peloton Bikes. We had breakfast every morning which was fantastic. So much choice, everyone is catered for. The lovely gentleman at the concierge recommended & booked an Italian restaurant for us on Saturday evening, it was fab . We loved everything about the hotel, all staff are very professional whilst being super friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family & friends. Thank you.
