Hilton Berlin

The welcome we received was friendly even though it was late evening and when we arrived at our room we were blown away - a fabulous view of the Deutscher Dom and a sizeable room with a dressing area and more space than we imagined…. We felt really spoiled and this was further enhanced by a bottle of red and on my birthday a bottle of fizz, chocolates and grapes!! The bed was comfortable with fabulously luxurious bedding and had we not been there to sightsee we may have struggled to leave it 😊 The hotel sits just by the underground so it’s easy to access although nowhere seemed too far to walk 🚶 we did not eat in the hotel as we wanted to explore…. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back to see more of this amazing city - thank you

Had a very pleasant and easy stay at the Hilton Berlin. The check in and check out process was simple and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. The location is central with the major attractions within walking distance and a shopping centre nearby. The views of the church across the road are lovely, especially at night. Had an issue with one of the lights that I mentioned upon leaving one morning, it wasn't seen to during the day, so I called again for the maintenance team and then it was solved quickly. The breakfast was great with plenty of variety and something for every one. The gym is one of the better hotel gyms I have used. Plenty of equipment, space and also has three Peloton bikes. This is the second time that I have stayed here (last time in 2016) and I will return when next in berlin.

Stayed for three nights booked a newly refurbished dome view. Rooms are small tiny bathrooms and little storage but pleasant enough. The newly refurbished room was 26 degrees. Aircon didn’t work and there was no hot water. We told reception and were assured that afternoon it had all been fixed. It hadn’t at all. They moved us to another room but didn’t apologise or recognise we were in a rush to go to a concert. Seemed to think upgrading us to a room without a view was acceptable. We had no choice but again no storage. Only one hook in the bathroom. Coffee wasn’t replenished turn down was non existent. Bar and breakfast areas both dirty not enough staff to serve or clear tables etc. disappointed- didn’t kind the temporary lounge but food and drink offerings were minimal. Breakfast was good. Suggest you don’t stay for a few months whilst they finalise all the building work. Usually a good hotel. Has a great gym and is in a brilliant location.

Hilton Berlin is centrally located and easy to reach with Metro very close We stayed at this hotel for 4 days with friends. Had an amazing time. The staff at reception especially Emmanuel was excellent and very helpful in every way. He was friendly and always ready to help us with a smile. Reception staff went above and beyond to assist us, whether it was with directions, recommendations, or just a warm greeting every time we walked in. The breakfast was good with lots of of choice.

This was a great stay. We had a nice room with a comfortable room, bathtub for soaking a win! Good breakfast with an egg station. Loved the happy hour in the executive lounge with a nice salad and a few munchies every evening.
